50/50 Texas Lithium and Gas Joint Venture

London, 17 July, 2024 - Pennpetro Energy PLC (LSE: PPP), has now signed a very significant and transformative deal Heads of Terms ("HOT") with Globalvision International U. LDA ("Globalvision") , an energy trading business based in Madeira, whereby they will buy all of the shares in Pennpetro's subsidiary in Texas Nobel USA Inc ("Nobel") in exchange for a life of asset currently estimated at around 30 years oil sales revenues through a 12.5% Overriding Royalty Interest ("ORI") on the Texan oil wells - City of Gonzales #1 well, Chalk Talk #1 well, Chalk Talk #4 well and Whistling Straits #5 well in Gonzales and a 10% profit share on any other wells drilled or developed within PPP's 2,036 acres in Texas.

In addition, Globalvision will take over all creditors that existed in Texas leaving Pennpetro completely free of any financial obligations associated with Texas.

Very importantly on the lithium and gas front, the HOT sets out an arrangements with Globalvision to acquire 50% of Nobel Petroleum LLC ("NPLLC") for a 50/50 Joint Venture ("JV") where the parties seek to assess the scope for developing gas production from the AMI with ESGY Energy Inc ("ESGY"), and also importantly to assess the potential to produce lithium from any well in the AMI over the life of the project term.

Tiger im with you, there is time to filter through an intraday RNS, if not today it will be sometime this week i think. You are right, this will re-rate and it will make a lot of people a lot of money. We just have to have a bit of patience until we come out of suspension. Our mate BOB will be lining up to buy at the bell....who wouldn't when you will triple your money within a month.

We were 10m mcap on Thursday 4.30pm before suspension but we had transformational deal done and RNS's and Suspension RNS straight after so the re-rate price hasnt had a chance to filter through yet! We are now listed on the Main market, this requires an mcap of 30m to trade :)

So 30m mcap re rate MINIMUM add on top all our assets, revenue, future projected growth with the lithium, gas and oil and BOB's YOUR UNCLE!

V111JAS - agreed, it will be transformational. The deal is transformational for PPP & its shareholders as well. Global at the helm driving the drilling is exactly what we need and the JV deal with the lithium will be absolutely huge to ppp. I also cant wait for us to get back to trading but i agree sometimes waiting a bit and proving up results and accounts is best. Just don't want to wait too long, dont want to lose momentum.....but then again i suppose will still re rate to where we should be when we come out of suspension. I think a lot of people will pile in on re-listing.

NewUncle, i dont have all the details in front of me now im at work but the market cap does sit between 30-60m mcap. I hope there will be someone else to assist me whilst im away from home but this has already been worked out.

New Uncle, i am not sure on the exact time frames but i am happy (Thanking our lucky stars) that GlobalVision are an international drilling & exploration giant. They are experts in the field, with the latest technology they will squeeze every bit of oil out of every well, they are a major company, they will drill more than one well at a time. In fact im sure they have stated this is the plan, they can see the potential in our acreage and have done due diligence on PPP / the land, they know there is **** loads of oil

New Uncle - theres more than one well. Plus we have revenues for 30 years (Royalties)! We have REAL ASSETS, we have HUGE EXPANSION OF OIL WELLS and drilling started already! We have HUGE acreage with our new JV lithium deal (Watch this space this could be huge, already talks of big companies such as Tesla sourcing lithium locally, luckily for us they're new lithium and gas refinery is not far away at all! Nobody seems to get the potential here and the NEW deal just signed is fantastic....low number of shares in issue, this is going north.

Macadoo im busy at work, I havent got the RNS's in front of me, you cannot base a MCAP on just flow rates stop being blinkered!!!! You are doing the blinkered approach again and not listening to real facts. READ THE RNS's. We are doing $45000 a month in revenue thats on one well & We have four wells now with Global vision planning 38-40 well prospects! Global have the latest tech, they can get 1000bpd (from some of the old wells) We have quarter of a million of acres, of lithium/gas play with JV again with a major. We have real revenue already and real assets and its just the beginning!!! You cant just keep being blinkered and saying oh i can only give mcap on flow rates pmsl and disregard EVERYTHING ELSE. 30-60m mcap TO START. DYOR

No, we did have flow rates and revenue, we have massive future growth Macadaoo, or market cap is at least 30m AT LEAST!!!, WE HAVE REAL ASSETS AND REVENUE END OF.

We are now a producer nd no longer just an explorer. Any additional wells will add value.

Castle T you are right, when this comes out of suspension people like Gregorio or Macado wished they got in it but they missed the boat, they can buy on open when out of NT at 25-30p on relist, it will most probably do 50-100% up the first week.

Macado you have no clue im afraid, we have 250,000 acres as part of our JV deal & 2000 plus acres as part of the Globalvision deal, with Global taking all the costs and we get 12% royalties on existing wells and 10% on new. Its fantastic, now give your head a little wobble please and stop trying to cause discord and spreading of false information and "fear".

Easily 30-60m mcap based on current assets and revenue! Then add all the other wells on top, the lithium (which is huge btw) Tesla being next door and want to invest in local lithium Guess what we have shi* loads of it!! Watch this space.
