I think even if they open it at 20p say, then there multi bag from there. The low shares in issue is where pushes this like crazy.

The telegram has grown over a third in two days. PPP is a rare little gem. Lots of future growth potential, potential of 38 new oil wells have been marked, debt free, 30 years of royalties on all existing wells & 10% royalty on new oil revenue (this is forever)

Then there's the lucrative lithium side, that's 50% and Tom the CEO is on to it right away, Tesla have their lithium refinery not far away & they want to source locally ... 👀🙂

PPP was relatively unknown & now we are getting out there. market or investors that don't know, we are now an OIL & Gas & lithium producer, not just an explorer.

I think it was a flippant comment. He hasn't looked into PPP at all. All he knows is that our share price rose. He mentioned nothing about our transformational deal or the 30 years royalties on existing wells plus the new ones, 38prospect new wells to drill as well as the lithium deal!!

He hasn't covered us or looked into us hence why I think not to make himself look silly he didn't comment on ppp except for the accounts and that's it.

All we need to focus on is we are one day closer to relisting, we have had some good discussion on market cap and SP fair value.

30-60m MCAP fair value with your debt free business and assets now we signed the contract. 30 years 12% royalty isn't bad is it and 10?% on other wells plus the 50% JV on lithium!

106m shares in issue is what should make this fly on opening. There's been talks of a gamma spike but I'm not sure what that is, there's also been a lot of talk about SP valuations and it seems 30-60p aligns fairly with company value NOW.

Quite a varied guesstimate on company coming out of suspension. I think next week personally, others think next week or couple weeks mostly.

Everyone seems to be holding strong on open as see potential future value a lot higher than 30p! We have prospect of 38 new wells!! Plus the lithium so it's plenty of revenue coming our way.

The lithium side is to be expanded massively as they see the benefit to the shareholders and company being very big. It wouldn't surprise me if We do a deal with Tesla or one of the other big lithium producers in the state of Texas. Tesla looking to expand their new lithium refinery supplies....guess who's in the same state only 1hr 50 away (bare in mind Texas is few times bigger than UK) 1 HR 50 is peanuts :) tom was going straight to Texas to get the handover done on the lithium and looking to expand and work on that side asap.

New oil wells being rigged and drilled early August, I assume starts next week...as the oil rig had been mobilised already over week ago.

So everyone is confident it seems, definitely confident that the SP and shareholder value will rocket when we relist 📈💯🚀

The fair value with 46% discount is 17.4p so remove the discount and it's a 34p FIRST TARGET target price

THAT IS 34m MCAP. And with the revenue, contract, existing wells plus lithium we should be sat somewhere between 30-60m MCAP.

Remember the 50% JV lithium deal and straight onto drilling more wells. Easily (if PPP) play their cards right they could reach 100m mcap quite sharpish

Have put out fair value of 17.5p that’s with a 43% discount added for covering movement. So the actual first share price target MINIMUM would be 34p.

Then add in more drills, Revenue streaming in, JV lithium deal and revenue from that ... Upto 38 new wells are to be explored! 38! Plus lithium.

Our market cap should really be 35-60million so in theory 35 - 60 p ISH before any additional things added on.

There might be others with more input but we were being re-rated based on the contract and debt free business and assets, the contract is company transformational news from a minnow to a REAL OIL PRODUCER AS WELL AS LITHIUM PRODUCER WITH EXISTING OIL WELLS PRODUCING REVENUE. All FREE to us via a royalty deal for THIRTY YEARS. Then we also get a certain % on new wells explored and drilled.

Lithium deal is 50% j/v so 50% of that revenue and profit is ours too! So where we were sitting on an MCAP of 10m which was on the way up, the PPP of today is officially a different beast now the contract is signed with real assets making real money with zero debt. There has been a lot of people valuing our MCAP should be approx 40-60m so in theory Share price of about 4-6 times of the current SP.

Then you have to factor in they are drilling a new well immediately and straight to work on the lithium as well...and the small shares float which could rocket this Share. IMO, DYOR.

Even going REALLY REALLY conservatively and they open this on 20p, i'd be surprised that we don't see 40p by the end of the first week or more.

Remember we are now an OIL AND LITHIUM PRODUCER. Not just explorer.

Sorry, i have had a thought about it, I think around 30p On the bell open and UP AT LEAST 100% the first week VERY DO-ABLE. Like i have said previously, the small shares float / revenue / assets current and new is what is going to push this up to new heights.

Quant, your right, they did that 50p, with 2B shares in issue! We have 106m shares in issue, ***Pre suspension lol 10m mcap lol*** for a company with assets and royalties worth 50-60m mcap! They are having a laugh! 10m mcap!!! Not now!

Could / Should open around 30 to 40p and i think it could well go all the way 100p within a few weeks, It can easily do 100-200% first week imo, on the premier market it will have the boys and girls with very deep pockets going in for the stock.

We know how fast this moves, once its released out of the gates it will be hard to control. The MM's will need to let it go, no games anymore on the premier market, this could go mental the first week or two and then settle id say, but with every milestone it will go up substantially.

Theres no hiding from it anymore. Debt Free, 2500 acres of oil bearing land, existing oil wells in production, new wells being drilled and worked Beginning of August, 30-40 more wells have been potentially identified, 50% Royalty JV deal on the lithium that PPP wish to expand massively and fast, 30 years royalty payments on existing wells for free as part of the deal so already got revenue coming in from day 1!

Massive lithium companies in the same state, close by and they are all advocates of sourcing from local lithium producers/drillers (Tom is really excited for this!!) Tesla! Elon, welcome mate, come on in.

I think we were done a bit by MMS in the last week. There will be less of that manipulation in the premier market I can assure you. It's a step up for sure.

I know the MMs read these boards and they would be wise to open up at the correct MCAP and that is 40-60p within that range and let her go. We are no longer a 10mcap that's a certainty 🚀📈👍🏼💯🍻

So EUA came out of suspension 4 X times the share price (17p) they went into suspension with (4p) then went upto 27p then upto 35p then just over 40p, the only thing that stopped them was the war.

So for us that would look like this come out of suspension around 38p then then upto 48p then upto 58p then over 60p.

They did that amount with 25 ish X shares in issue !

So for us now we are no longer a 10m MCAP company. Due to our debt free company, thirty years of FREE ROYALTIES on all oil and gas plus on add on extra wells (noble petroleum CEO said they have found potential of upto 30-40 new well prospects)

PLUS THE LITHIUM JV 50% OF THAT REVENUE AND PROFITS.

NOW YOU ASK YOURSELVES ARE WE A 10M MCAP COMPANY!!! NOT A CHANCE IN HELL.

I'm not far off with my figures but CONSERVATIVELY we should be at 50m MCAP minimum! That's 50p per share MINIMUM. Wait until more wells get added and the lithium revenue comes in!

Tesla have a lithium refinery plant IN TEXAS around two hours away same state. Bare in mind Texas is several times the UK ! Two hours is easily viable. Tesla corp is even closer to Our oil fields :)

MMs if your reading this you should do the maths, we should be at least 50m MCAP (or 50p per share on existing plays!) Upton returning from suspension.

What happens if we get iis and massive buys coming in and nobody or very little people selling, MM's will have no choice to let it go.

With the amount of shares in issue PPP could do 100% a day easily like we did previously.

They either let it go to entice sells or they won't control it.
