Just to add for context - EuA went I to suspension if my memory recalls at 5p. They came out of suspension at 37p? They never had a transformational deal and had much more shares in issue!!!

The 6p placing was F ALL and tiny amount when this comes out of suspension we could be very surprised. We are NOT A 10M MCAP COMPANY ANYMORE!!! Not with the deal done, I'd be very surprised if we don't see 30p in the first week. Within the first month 40-50p and that's fair value based on our debt free, royalties plus adding the lithium and extra oil drills and wells!

The same happened with RRR they were at 10p, re rate to around 40p then came down to about 27p then within 12-16 months they were hitting 200's 300- then eve really 400p per share.

If the MMs are in this group then they need to fairly value us. You are looking at least 50m MCAP. 50p per share to start with! On the premier market now too that alone will bring in more big players with deep pockets. A lot of investment will come from the USA as well imo. pPP was getting a lot of love on X (twitter) and is capturing the attention of A LOT OF PEOPLE NOW.

EUA were below 1p (I bought in sub 1p) but sold too soon due to something urgent requiring my funds. To watch it go all the way to 40p plus!

EUA had a 1bn market cap and had around 2.5bn shares and they reached 40 plus pence.

We have 106m shares in issue with EXISTING 30 YEAR FREE OIL REVENUES ROYALTY ON CURRENT WELLS, JUST SIGNED A Transformational DEAL on the OIL, THE GAS AND LITHIUM!!! with just 106m shares in issue... With a 10m MCAP!!!!!

So let's get our heads together here and work it out! We could be sat on a 100 to 200m MCAP in no time at all. 10 to 20 times where we are now.... Even conservatively we take that to 50m MCAP!!! That's 50p per share.

I think tom has something up his sleeve with the lithium. Tesla springs to mind!!!!

Potentially we could get revenue from UKOG as well as JV farm-in

So yesterday was an eventful day. I have been looking into this and we have 2500 acres approx of oil bearing land with existing producing wells (immediate revenue) as well as RNS stating we have mobilised a rig to start drilling early August, so plenty of news to look forward to soon.

So our 50% JV lithium deal, look at the RNS and it states the companies based there who are lithium producers. I think PPP are looking to expand the lithium arm quite exponentially. We could be sat on hundreds or billions worth of lithium over the course of a given amount of time!

Not just Tesla, but they are based there and they need want to get their lithium locally sourced rather than from china and why not, Elon is a big investor in local businesses and it is making sense to me that Tom the CEO is going immediately over to Texas to get the ball rolling with the lithium side JV. I genuinely believe they may have already been approached by one of these lithium companies (Tesla included) hence the rapid action on lithium. It's actually a bit nuts tbh, 10m MCAP 106000 shares in issue with potential not only the Oil & Gas (which we have 30 years!!! Of free royalties on) we have all the new oil that will come from the new wells too, then the lithium side, before you know it money will be potentially coming in from all angles.

Since reading the RNS I'm quite confident (my opinion) that our lithium side will potentially be a company maker for PPP.

When this re-lists forget 6p, forget your 15p, if sell under 30p your probably a bit deranged. With our 106m shares in issue and scramble to buy these once market re opens this could be pushed up to 60,70,80p just on our existing plays with sentiment then factor in any lithium and EXTRA NEW WELLS DRILLED WITH MORE OIL, we could potentially be sitting on a MCAP of 100-200m

If You as a shareholder can resist the urge to hold, even half or whatever I think these shares will be bought up and MM's will need to raise the price in order to entice selling, but it's like RRR, they were at 9-10p per share and at the time also had low shares in issue, it took them to 400P per share £4!!! That took 18months....

I may have stumbled across something quite incredible here.

It's who is able to sit and hold will be the winner in the end.

So upon re listing do they put an RNS out that day or do they RNS the day before,?

Dealer, he probably does know but common sense would tell me nobody at PPP wants this off for long. We need to get the suspension lifted asap, the more shareholders on board the better

Sooner the better too. PPP will be the hottest stock of 2024

Yes I think this will see 100mcap and it won't be long at all! Easily achievable from here. Pump that oil and lithium and gas and reap the rewards.

Another thing to note....massive revenues will come from our 50% owned JV lithium play.

See, RNS's of drilling starting and lifting of the suspension and lithium & gas jv all kicking off would be amazing, there will be no stopping this if PPP play their cards right.

Ideally Monday would be incredible if we could be live again, maybe they will pay the accountants and get things done by working through the week/weekend, how do we know they havent been working on the accounts for a week or more??? It might only be a small temp suspension.

Its a cracking deal. 30 years of royalties of in play free flowing in production oil wells PLUS a 10% (i think without going over the rns again) on any new wells within our 2500 acreage land. PLUS A 50/50 JV WITH for lithium and gas play with immediate effect of 50/50 royalty on that with plans to expand that across USA and outside of USA, as well as expanding their oil drilling and new wells. Check the RNS's but thats the gist of it

Debt Free, Low Shares in circulation just 106million, at 10m MCAP! We hit 12.40p ish the other day, now we have this deal done the market cap should be 3-4 times market cap / SP. Plus with new ii investors on board and fresh blood and sentiment and drive from PPP to keep expanding we could be talking Silly highs..... especially that we have a small shares float thats the main driver here. Someone earlier worked it out and compared it to EUA and they had 28 x shares in issue and they got to 40p!!! So.....with just 106m shares issued we are talking huge rise from here... there will be dips of course but not for a good while! lol. Going one way and with constant growth and new drilling and new wells and lithium and expanding that side of the business etc etc we are talking mega deal / mega bucks. RRR or similar springs to mind with the right drive!

Guys theres a lot of you on here with more experience than me but what is the process for coming back out of the suspension, is it just an update on the morning of relisting or do you get a few days notice?

Evening all, it's not ideal being suspended but well played by Tom and team at PPP.

The raise was peanuts in grand scheme of things let's be honest here. 6p my ass, they'll be churned through the first hours trading session!

I will say though to Tom (if you read these comments)??? Is we need to get back listed asap, you only want to be out for a week or two weeks ideally. We really need to get the company firing on all cylinders and allow new investors on board re opening . I think we could potentially get quite a lot of RNS updates perhaps tomorrow or next week and carrying on.

I think getting the company back out of suspension and motoring forward will be the best for everyone involved. Including PPP and the board etc and global will want to get cracking as well. Time is money!

If we can get the company back on within a week or two that's ideal imo. We won't want to be months. iis will want to be all over this! As well as big money moving in here (if it hasn't already!!! )

Acker, i know you from previous bb's, i trust your input, what do you think this can do for PPP?

Yousaf we are still waiting but checkout RRR. Look at the rise. May not go as high as that but may not be far off either, our assets are good and we are about to expand on them and add to them.
