Tiger, when we are back I'm expecting a few TR1's to be RNS'd. There was a lot of massive buying in the weeks leading upto the suspension.

ii's will be jumping on board, especially once we get an estimated lithium in place and oil in place from Globalvision.

Guys it's clear as day in the RNS's that Global and PPP know there's LOADS OF OIL in our acerage.

Plus the Lithium - please read the bottom of the RNS... Tesla would not be mentioned without some form of communication

This is getting absolutely obvious to me what's going on. We have signed a transformative deal. I think we will be supplying Tesla I'm very sure reading the RNS it's absolutely transformational, I have re-read the RNS about fifteen times and ppp would not put that in the RNS and the wording they have chosen is very selective and of huge significance

That guy who earlier claimed 3m shares..... And what he posted really rang true. What the hell are we doing talking about 30-50m mcap when our lithium deal alone could be worth hundreds of millions dollars.

We are one of those companies that are / have made it. Well done all and the more I read the more I'm believing in ppp's future.

You are right, I have ran the figures and yes close time market cap 30-50m but I could easily see the huge market cap that could well be on its way as a long term investment. I already said 2-300m MCAP is very feasible. If it's 40-500m like you say then that's fantastic and I hope so. It's the same as what happened to RRR, FROM 10PENCE TO 400PENCE in 24 months.

I agree with you massively. Fair play and goodluck. I'm happy with a long term holding but as the business grows you will always get the guys that sold out early and come to regret it, it's life. New investors will come on board with the new w market listing so I'm very excited

The amount of news flow and drilling for the oil and lithium and gas has only just began 👍🏼

I can't wait tbh. Some steady news flow from PPP would be good for shareholders, I was expecting some update by tomorrow as it's two weeks in suspension now.

I feel your pain. You are right we do need to keep news flow and also needs to get back listed asap

However if coming back is coupled with some good RNS that's even better. I dont want us to lose momentum either but the way I'm looking at it is we never had a chance to see our SP re rate due to going in suspension and the deal done is a blinder and very good indeed. So we are due our re rate anyway imo based on hard facts and the deal that's been done but it would be even better if there was some updates just before relisting which would be a catalyst to boost our re rate even higher than it would do.

Everyone have different ways of looking at it. I do want to get back now but just want our impact to be huge.

Yeah of course, I didn't think about that but they listed them in the RNS, they wouldn't really do that unless there's been Comms somewhere imo.

Good point Steve and WOW TO THAT. Tesla / other majors sourcing their lithium from or JV. Absolutely awesome, another reason why I think Globalvision have got on board and gone into partnership with PPP

Elon has ambitions to source / make Texas reliant on local lithium. They are based very near us and it is very feasible that we could supply Tesla or another Lithium major in Texas from our 250,000 acres.

We tagged Tom in about Tesla & he said he's read all our messages at 1am yesterday. Is he still in Texas? 5/6 hours behind... Maybe...

If we could source our lithium to Tesla or another major which we easily could then this is going to be a huge success story.

That's a lot of acres. 30 years of royalties / revenues.... Currently 10m MCAP.... They're having a laugh.

PPP I believe have four wells total but we must remember one thing, the PPP of old are an entirely new beast now due to our new deal with Globalvision & The JV lithium, where before we were pretty much just a Minnow explorer has now completely changed the dynamic.

The company was held back the last week of trading so we never got to see the true re rate after we signed the contract because we went straight into suspension.

So where Solstace gives the numbers for 30 wells that's for 30 wells in production and look at the figures....amazing, so even with 8 wells or even 10 wells with the latest tech used by global (who are absolutely experts in their field) you can calculate the MCAP and SP approximately 1/3 off £4.20 per share is £1.40 per share.

Excluding ANY LITHIUM ON THAT. It's hard to value but you have to look at the deal signed as a whole, globalvision to drill upto 30 new wells (planned in first phase of expansion) and now we have 250,000 sq miles of JV AMI which will have all of our lithium.

Someone found the current MCAP worth as it stands and it is around 30-50m MCAP based on deal, assets, revenues, royalties for 30 years and the future expansion potential.

£1.40 per share (or £1.06 100m MCAP) is very feasible if global vision extract more oil out of the current wells and drill new wells plus if the lithium JV is running along site the oil drilling this will anchor the SP.

You are right it's difficult to get an exact figure but the starting point is 30-50m MCAP. We should start around there and build from that. That would be a very fair MCAP for investors/PPP/market.

Bare in mind 2000 acres of east Texas acerage was sold for $700m recently, someone today shared the article.... We have 2000 acres .... Plus 250,000 acres on the lithium side... So it's quite mind boggling doing the numbers.

Absolute minimum has to be 30m MCAP and I think it will push upto around 50m MCAP until we drill new wells for oil and lithium. PPP could very easily be a 100mcap company within 12 months or sooner. We need global vision and our lithium JV to get drilling and expanding our / their portfolio which they will. We are coming into winter soon and oil is a top commodity so investors will move into oil stocks and one with 106m shares in issue will attract A LOT of investors as this has the potential to rocket very fast indeed.

That's my take on it all but everything I've put is factual based on RNS's and the deal mainly.

First stop 30m MCAP upto 50m mcap depending what news is released with us coming out of suspension.

Then it will settle until we get more wells drilled and news on lithium deal. 300 wells (28 immediate high significance wells to be drilled)

Only the doubters can't see the potential. The market have seen the potential already so imagine when we come out of suspension! Re rate due on first day or first few days of trading.

V111JAS if the de rampers for now reason who come on here spent more time researching ppp and invested on the bell they will be better off . it gets a bit silly when they just keep saying things like " if this will come out of suspension" and "it will not come out until december" etc....

PPP are probably the hottest stock on the market or one of the top 5% so i cant see why PPP dont want to be back in action asap themselves anyway, Tom is ligning all the ducks up as we speak and will release a few good RNS's all together imo then come out of suspension

Stuart, correct me old mate..... PPP would not go to the trouble and expense of having Westend LLP as their accounting firm, it shows robust growth and bolstering of their acconting, ie they know PPP will be going up in the world, in fact AS OF 01/08/2024 THEY ALREADY HAVE SINCE SIGNING OUR EXCELLENT DEAL WITH Globalvision and the 50% Lithium JV deal.

We just await updates from the company now.

Another day closer! A Red Dot 🔴 can come at anytime. I'm expecting news flow during suspension, on the drilling and lithium, perhaps the RNS's will be released with the coming out of suspension RNS.

We have a lot to come, Lithium JV and planned drilling/expansion, Oil well drilling, again globals plan of action for expansion. There's a lot to look forward to.

IMO, we are due a very nice re rate due to the contract we signed all all that comes with it. There was 2 poll's on Telegram yesterday, most people hold between 100-300k shares and in the telegram group equated to about 10m shares alone. Not all participated!! There won't be many shares left when this re-lists I dare say NT to buy quite a lot?!

The other poll was what will the share price be re-rated to coming out of suspension on the bell, majority votes were 21-25p

I think if Tom releases the right news at the right time we will be on fire coming back from suspension. With such little shares & scramble to buy them / big buys and MM's will have little choice but to raise the share price to entice selling. Not many will sell until they have reached their fair market cap (30-40m) so approx 30-40p & dare I say it a lot with be buying in the dips / traders etc so our SP looks primed to rocket.

Fundamentals don't change, it's a fantastic deal we signed, 30 years of royalties with immediate revenues starting imminently, huge acerage that comes with the JV lithium deal, add on top Globalvision who will be drilling upto 30 wells using the latest tech / fishbone drilling to extract and double oil output or more (I read upto 10 x as much oil)

If we hold our shares, we shall be handsomely rewarded imo. The way PPP moves as well, 30-40m MCAP should be a no brainer, 50-60m MCAP will be a stronger resistance but if we break past 60p our next stop is over £1 (106m MCAP approx)

Ppp have the right partners and right geographical location to make this be a huge success. I'm very excited about where PPP are going & I'm not parting with my golden tickets until we see real fair value for our revenues and royalties and I want to see grow from here which they will do, quite rapidly imo.

I have shares here, unfortunately i am underwater with the current share price (i guess a lot are). Whatever happened to RBD? Seriously, i mean they were looking really good and what justifies this SP? I feel its overdone and manipulated some what.

Will we ever see 1p again? Are there any catalysts to help RBD? I literally dont bother checking in here anymore as i consider my holding gone now, just a bit miffed thats all. LTH here.....I must be well on for 7/8 years now.

Great find Stuart, that fills me with a lot of confidence tbh as shows Tom wants PPP to grow and is allowing the company to grow nicely before touching capital. I think we might have found an absolute diamond in PPP.
