Paul /Sheltie I agree with what your saying but let's give them a chance, it's only week three from signing the deal. We also have to be a bit realistic with time frames.

Let's just hope everything goes well, it might not be long now until we get some news. I just can't see Westend being appointed and the new contract and new deal doing badly... At no real risk to PPP... It's not like we are shelling out millions on new drills because global vision will be taking those costs... So realistically it's not a bad deal at all.

Yes suspension is an awkward thing to be in but hopefully they come back with a rocket 🚀

Hi Paul, agreed but it's only week three. It's not like drilling into a wall, things take time, rigs setting up, drilling, new technology methods, learning the geological area, I think 4-6 weeks per well is a realistic and fair time frame. It's only week three.

Only traders locked in are in a rush imo. Hopefully there is lots of good news soon but I think what Tom is going to do is get a string of good news RNS about the oil and the lithium like suspension day and then bring us back to the market! If we did that we would open at 40p plus! Now that's what you call a mega start and it'll be worth the wait.

Right, week three now. We are getting closer to juicy news from globalvision and PPP, we will get news on our wells (5?) and new ones coming into play in coming weeks and months.

The lithium, again huge, we just await to hear how this has going and the 28 immediate highly significant drills are to take place. There's Sh** loads of news to come.

With Globalvision steering the ship I think we will be in good hands.

There's plenty of strings to ppp's bow so I think this will come good within weeks and few months.

I doubt we will see another placing but things had to be paid and dilution was a minimum, hopefully no more placings and we can get stuck into good news very soon.

The new PPP will be here for everyone to see. Debt free, revenues from oil wells, revenues from lithium sales, the new shiny website, new market listing, new investors and new hype will be buzzing around PPP.

Not long now folks! Be brave because there's not many shares out there with ppp's opportunity/low number of shares/potential/revenues will be coming in in due course

This is no joke FFS, these derampers want the sp as low as possible so they go all in. They know this will re rate in due course. They know that if we get one whiff of oil and lithium then ppp will boom and they'll miss the boat.

All they are doing is trying to plant the seed of doubt. This was exactly the same in EUA all the derampers were spouting nonsense during suspension...... They went from 3.5 p to 40p plus!!!

Global are already on the ground drills in ground extracting oil and there is five wells initially then onto drilling as much as they want to.

Then we have no doubt started on the lithium JV. It's an exciting time COMING UP. Just hold tight thought this period & all will come good.

I sold my EUA shares early due to derampers and it went over 40p.... This has more prospects than EUA had, I will not sell my shares cheaply.

Casper I love the enthusiasm and I'm 100% behind you. I agree with your post and share the same thoughts on it all. We need to keep it into perspective there's things to pay for, we have had to do two crappy small placings and we have low shares in issue still that hasn't changed !!

Yes be cautious but tbh good news flow comes along with coming out of suspension then it'll be absolutely awesome. Like you have said there's the deal signed, 30 years of revenue, 5 wells being worked on immediately and then globalvision will drill new wells in 2025 and that's 100% global want max return from the 2038 acres!

Also the lithium, this is potentially hundreds of millions of Dollars worth we have 2500 plus acres across multiple states full of lithium salt domes.

If we can get through this period of slight uncertainty (suspension) I think it will come good. I genuinely think it will.

I'm still expecting a re rate, our Mcap should be somewhere between 30-50m MCAP now. The Placings might dampen some moods but tbh it doesn't change the fundamentals and potential....

Hopefully good news coming in droves soon. I can't see us being suspended for much longer tbh.

Guys these De-Rampers are comparing us with NTOG and UKOG FFS.

It's completely different. Second of all when peel hunt and the other one bought in to UKOG a couple weeks ago it was before they went up 400% and then they sold !!!

So if we compare ours that's like ours going from 10p to 40p!

Mr Twisted you won't be far wrong bud. Serious potential here, as soon as the good stuff starts rolling in kiss goodbye to your 20-30p, that will be gone in the first week.

An ii has invested and yes mates rates but it's small and we have just signed that deal so not sure why some people are acting all frantic.

If you want to sell up then go for it but this will be very good in very short order. I also think we could be back this week but that's just my opinion on it.

Stuart I believe there's more funds and ii's on the new market so bigger deeper pockets will be investing.

All we need to do is get re-listed. The ii who is onboard now would be fully expecting this to go up big time from these levels if not why invest! The news to come and the oil drilling programme and the lithium deal will blow the socks off this SP. This will be rising IMO but it's a wait ATM until we get out of suspension. Personally we need to get back trading asap and the new investment will soon pile in here especially with the revenues and new wells coming into play over the coming weeks and months. Just patience required but there's no way they sign that deal and this doesn't re rate! The lithium deal is 250,000 acres spanning across a few counties riddled with salt domes and another second JV in Gonzales as well as the oil. Come on 10m MCAP.....don't make me laugh. Triple it. Just for starters!!!

Steve the amount of shares I've been in that like you ended up cashing out early for it to rise upto 40p plus! I was in EUA and I sold out at 3p! Thinking I'd made a nice two bag. Bloody idiot that I was! It went to 48p!

Now we have solid fundamentals and great deal signed, the good times are coming with PPP. We just have to get through this slightly nervy time but ultimately fundamentals are very solid. I can't wait for this to be back. We won't regret it, I'd say hold, because PPP imo will be going up a lot from here. It's probably the hottest stock this year with so many people waiting to get in and holding for gold, now an II has invested this will attract other II's

The similar thing happened in SOLG a few years back and from around 8p to 48p. One II attracted more and the small placings did nothing and the SP and shareholders were handsomely rewarded.

We would be mad to sell out now just as the company is turning the corner and things are coming good. This re rate and gap up on open, certainly the first week of trading will surprise a lot of people. I think we will double or triple from these levels and settle. Our market cap should be around 30-50m based on fundamentals

Even 20-25p on open would be very fair and realistic price. If it was a riverfort type of investor I'd be slightly worried but it's not Riverfort, I think this is the first of many II in PPP. With the potential PPP has it is going to attract some big investors and that's something we have to accept, they might get slight mates rates.

Let's remember we only have 110 ISH million shares in issue. It's naff all!! EUA went from 3.5p to 17p then upto 40p with over a billion and half in issue! So this kind of puts it into perspective and where PPP SP could go from here. It's certainly up imo. The lithium deal alone could add 100-200m onto the MCAP! The oil wells another 100m or more. There's mega mega growth potential here and it's only beginning! Don't let de rampers blind you or any of you of this. The good RNS's will be coming very very soon. Just keep the faith and remember the fundamentals. This isn't no dog stock, we are on the premium market now! New investors will pile into ppp! As soon as ii's invest you will see floods of new investors coming in. Patience required but it won't be long for us now guys.

My personal opinion is, we are still going to gap up to late teens and after a few trading sessions will end up at our 30m MCAP so around30p and then will every piece of good news from there, then it'll add on more and more. Maybe the odd placing along the way to allow an ii in cheaper but does it matter if a 300k placing if we are at 100m plus MCAP! It's really peanuts... Let's not get bullied into selling because the good times are coming!

It's a small raise and we have a very low number of shares in issue.

Let's just wait for the good news, I think it's amazing how a small placing is getting people all frantic. I'm a bit miffed but I'm not overly worried. Good times are coming. Soon.

We are / I am confident - I am angry about another placing however it's not a lot and again we only have like 110m shares in issue!!! That's an incredibly low and good number. If we get good news asap and come back onto trading them this will rocket! The placing means almost diddly squat tbh. The ii will most probably invite more of his mates with deep pockets so the investment will be welcomed! Granted we want to keep the dilution to a minimum and need to get the full force of our re rate going. These placings won't mean much once good news blows it out of the water. When an ii invests it usually signals BUY to the market IMO so regardless of the SMALL placing this will still re-rate imo.

Just need to hold on a bit longer that's all. Just remember the deal & what's to come with that!

low number of shares in issue, the less amount of placings we do the better. there must have been a reason for the realise but ultimately it's an ii who wants in cheap so it's a bit of a kick in the balls however it's not a big amount really and hopefully any positive rns can completely wipe the slate clean. this is a kick in the balls but by no means crippling, we have to remember a very low number of shares.

i'm a bit ****ed off but i'm no way throwing my shares down the pan! these bad boys will come good in due course, it's one of them get the shi* news out the way before lots of positive and good news comes. i say it again, i don't think it's a bad thing getting an insti on, this normally shows commitment to future growth and markets can see this as a very positive thing....bloody ii wanted in cheap but hey let's see, it could all be part of a wider plan and part of the jv or something, we will find out

remember as well we should get a fair re rate coming out of suspension regardless the small placings are drop in the ocean, the contract is signed and dealt is done, we moved forward onwards and upwards from here. keep the faith and just remember all the fundamentals....literally days away from getting some good news i'd say and back trading.

it says it's an institutional investor. i don't see that as a bad thing really (yes the dilution is crap) but overall it's a small raise and massive potential and fundamentals for ppp don't change. all it takes is one or two really good positive rns and nobody will even talk about a small placing.

Guys don't listen to the derampers, they don't even realise we never had our chance to re rate after signing that fantastic 30 year royalty contract.

The raise again is very small let's keep this into perspective. Having an ii on board is not a bad thing, it shows that the company is growing and moving in the right direction. An ii wouldn't part with their cash unless they knew the SP was going up. So yes slight bump in the road but we have a tiny amount of shares in issue let's not let the derampers over exaggerate this.

We are still going to Re-Rate and the good news will trump these small placings, 600 k raises is not much. Come on guys let's keep everything into perspective. We have a mega deal & the amount of good news to come with send our sp up and our market cap up exponentially from our current level. It's just getting the "bad" news out of the way before the train of good news arrives.

Tiger, when we are back I'm expecting a few TR1's to be RNS'd. There was a lot of massive buying in the weeks leading upto the suspension.

ii's will be jumping on board, especially once we get an estimated lithium in place and oil in place from Globalvision.
