V111JAS - my personal opinion based on research and looking at the RNS's/Current shares in issue/ future potential/Current deal signed with all the royalties etc etc and immediate drilling and expansion and being on the new market (i believe its a 30m mcap minimum on there)

So i am sticking to my guns, our re rate should be around 30-40p IMO. Then it should rise nicely to our fair mcap of 30-60m so sit somewhere in there until further wells drilled, more revenues come in and lithium play (which i think could double our mcap alone without the oil)!!

Gregorio, I want to be reasonable, when i say this i mean it, PPP are one of the shares of the year and will no doubt be next year too. With the deal they have signed, this is a massive opportunity, the SP should re-rate accordingly but i must say, when we do relist id get in asap, this thing moves up very fast and there wont be any stock left very quickly once the ii's buy and the big investors start piling in.

Agreed Tall Paul. They have been working on them for some time, i think theres just a bit more to update and publish, i also think PPP want to relist with some good RNS regarding lithium deal or well being worked using fishbone drilling.

Im sorry you missed the boat, well on relisting you can still buy at 30p plus, you will still make money even from that point tbh. Stop going against us all and get with us. Get on board when we relist

Gregorio, you still have not done any research into ppp, the only thing you know is that they are suspended lol. You cannot and will not understand the potential here. You are more bonkers than i thought. I am fully invested in PPP for the longer term, i dont go around shorting stocks and working for mm's.

Like i said, when we re-open and re-list we will be the new PPP, with real assets, real revenue, unbelievable expansion of oil/gas/lithium, 30 years of royalties, we will never sell our golden tickets because of the likes of you. You haven't scared me and tbh i doubt anyone else here is going to sell because of you!?? lol.

I dont think we should over think the RNS, you can see by the wording "We have been working with Westend for some months now"

"Westend have now been formally engaged to handle all the Company Secretarial and accounting functions of the Company and will be assisting greatly in getting our annual accounts up-to-date and published."

To me it reads the annual accounts have been started on but they must have stopped when the staff member died. So it might be part complete already so potentially not long required for the remaining accounts to be updated and published. I can see us being back the same as 2022 - back after 2 weeks. IMO based on RNS wording.

Id prefer to keep this board to PPP.

Solstace, i am very excited to get cracking now with this. Come on PPP / Global lets get that drilling going, with the latest technology and in this oil filled area we should do really well.

An exciting RNS update would be good. It feels like ages in suspension and just so excited to come out of it now and get PPP drilling for oil, gas and lithium :) theres a lot of good to come for ppp hopefully.

Bob, please do not even compare UKOG with PPP lol. UKOG main oil field was in the middle of the surrey / Sussex hills ? Full of pompous pratts too worried about their house price being affected, there would have been plenty of oil under there but the locals stopped it, also the company is ran rubbish compared to PPP, which are in a OIL, GAS, Lithium laden area, TEXAS, no muppets stopping the oil, PPP great future ahead of them, play their cards right and they will be a 150-250m mcap company perhaps even more.

Climbing Wooster may well be mate, perhaps even more, but if it did open around 20p on day one, by 3rd day of trading it will do 50-100% IMO, this is going to keep going providing we keep a good flow of RNS's coming when we re-list.

Fort, we will be getting more tier 1 mines in play very soon IMO, all will add to SOLG's buyout and OR JV/going into production.

We have not yet had a fair re-rate... But its coming.
