Right place right time -

Texas is by far the largest oil-producing state in the United States. In 2023, Texas produced a total of over two billion barrels. In a distant second place is New Mexico, which produced 667.5 million barrels in the same year. 30 Apr 2024

Thanks to the shale oil boom, the US is now sitting on more oil reserves than Russia, which estimates as having 256 billion barrels of untapped oil. The next-richest countries in terms of oil after that are: Saud Arabia (212 billion), Canada (167 billion), Iran (143 billion) and Brazil (120 billion).

Tesla Lithium Refinery completion early 2025 and wanting to source lithium and other majors in the area. Well We are situated one hr half away!

Pretty much sums it up right there. Markets will love it even more soon as that statement was from before the deal was done!

Sorry i meant to say, people have started opening their eyes now and letting the deal sink in. I have about another 10k that i'm willing to invest as soon as we are back, anything sub 20p will be cheap because i think we could literally double that in a couple of days / three days.

Tiger, good post and i agree that the people that have opened their eyes and not impatient could well have returns like they have never seen. Its called patience. There will be some that sell on day one but mostly traders who like being in and out, the guys who have invested for the real returns will see great returns, should we even have a mention of revenues and oil producing and lithium (which we will do) then the SP will just rise and rise with the odd dip along the way. But ultimately the deal is a sweet one so ppp are in a good position going forward.

20-30p should and will be the opening re rate price but theres no way they will be able to hold the SP down once our new market investors start piling in, with not many shares on free float and an ii already invested (yes placing at 6p but insignificant amount really) it will signal to other ii's to invest, i will be surprised if we dont have more ii's investing either before we are back or first day or two.

If my calculations are right and the lithium JV starts off like a house on fire then we could be hitting the 60's or even 70m mcap very soon / Add on more for oil.

DJM1, you are correct IMO. 40p could well be on especially with oil flowing news/lithium news. Loads of good stuff to come and at low number of shares it will be a rocket for sure. Think its finally starting to sink in how good this deal for PPP was, minimal risk and a nice passive income & royalties for 30 years, debt free, massive growth planned with oil and lithium JV's, Imminent revenues, what's not to like....

40p could be tested and passed within the first day or two of trading especially with the right news.

Thats fair enough New Uncle and yep HEX may well be undervalued then certainly PPP are undervalued. I am looking forward to the company moving on and pressing on with the oil well drilling and lithium drills, plenty of action to come.

Quiet at the moment, dare i say it, they are cracking on and will start updating us imminently.

New Uncle, can we ask you honestly your thoughts on what the PPP should re rate to / MCAP be worth in say a few months from now knowing that we have royalites coming in / oil wells current and new ones coming and the lithium jv starting right away?

I ran the figures as others have and bare minimum and fair market cap would be 30m coming back. I see 30-60m mcap once more revenues and new drills take hold and lithium JV drills commence

As the company grows and revenues grow i do see the MCAP creeping up over 12 months certainly

Well it makes you think NEW UNCLE, if they are at 30m mcap and not producing yet any revenues then our revenues will be pretty much immediate on wells that were already in action prior to the deal and the lithium jv as well, so if you think about it we are certainly undervalued in that comparison.

Stuart, i believe that its further down the line as RNS stated because the targets were already pointed out so now the contract is a done deal we can get stuck in and crack on with extracting that lithium. Same for Global and the oil wells.

NewUncle I dont know too much about HEX but yes look very similar and good comparison, it may follow something very similar to their chart wise, might even go slightly higher initially if good news is released with coming out of suspension? But yes good comparison indeed.

Morning all, very quiet on here and Telegram this morning, whilst Globalvision are probably busy in Texas drilling (assume they work through the night as its 3am there? we await some news. I suspect we will get more intraday RNS's as our work is primarily in the USA and they will always work 6 hours behind us so potentially we will get more intraday RNS's than morning but this is just my take on it.

Either way folks, there's plenty of news to come, just a reminder for anyone that doesnt know - Current wells (5) being worked over and drilling, use of new fishbone technology as companies in the area have had great success with fishboning. Then we await new oil well targets and drilling programme by Global vision. Then theres the HUGE lithium JV, same again we await drill news, drill targets and planned dates, then there will be RNS on revenues incoming as part of the deal and these will then be coming FOR THIRTY (30) YEARS as part of our royalty deal!

There is a lot of good news to come which will be able to build PPP from here onwards and as everyone and the market realise 10m mcap is way undervalued now, the business has evolved now, into a production company of oil, gas and lithium. There is no hiding away from it and the market have to re rate us accordingly. The future of ppp will be fantastic, at the wheel is Globalvision an expert in their field with latest tech so we are in good hands.

Tom was also VERY EXCITED ABOUT THE LITHIUM....I wonder why! Because we are sat on the smackover salt dome that stretched across Texas! Tesla refinery is just 1.5hours away as well as other majors buying out lithium companies in the area by the dozens at the moment. We can safely say 10m mcap is pathetic and MM will need to re rate us to a start of a fair 30m mcap and let it build from there naturally. If PPP do things right and Globalvision and ESSGY and Nobel will want to make the most of their investment and drill for lots of oil and lots of lithium.

There should not be many negatives for PPP now with this deal, as RNS stated "we should not underestimate the value of oil/lithium and theroyalty deal done" And will provide 3future shareholder value"

Personally i think its a rare opportunity and investment in ppp should grow very nicely from here.

As myself and others have said before expect a 30m mcap bare minimum on return (or at least close to) then it will naturally rise from there as new investors ii/pi's pile in. With our low number of shares in issue and the right news released ppp can do 50-100% rises per day. They might not do it everyday but a good RNS or few will just send this share into another level.

If the first initial 30 wells come into action and the 300 gas/lithium wells (28 significant wells identified firstly) even these alone will add significant MCAP. at 300 it would be in the pounds per share not pence.

I understand your side Rob but hopefully not long now. Perhaps another week or two. Maybe longer. If good news is released at the same time as suspension lifted then you'll probably triple or quadruple your investment. That's surely worth waiting for?

Your right, 10m mcap is laughable when you think of the deal we have signed and what's to come. I think the market know this but they can't do anything for us until the suspension is lifted plus our mate Tom is hopefully lining up a string of good news updates. Our accounts cant be ready much longer. Personally if it meant waiting a couple of months but our news is exceptional and we come out like 4 times our Mcap like EUA did then I'm good with that.

Pretty much opening at like 40p per share. Now that would be worth the long wait and it's not unreasonable to think it could happen with release of the right news. Certainly 25-30p bare minimum to start IMO.

I've always thought final 1/4 of the year will be busy with updates. The Placings were at 6p but miniscule amounts thank goodness so they will be cancelled out with any form of good news.
