Yes dilution could happen at any time for any company but for now at least I'd like to think that PPP want to make the most of the SP and get it re rated to a good price. Also shouldn't be much need for dilution at this stage I don't think.

Stuart here is the link. I personally think the same might happen with PPP in the end. Prove it all up, grow it, sell it.

DJM - Yeah i thought we would have something by now or at least no later than next week.

Tiger - Your correct, If they hold something back i think its something big and i think its something to do with the lithum JV right now, thats just my view but based on what we have researched there must be A LOT MORE MEAT TO THE BONES regarding that.

I don't completely agree with that overview ZagEgypt. Well kind of in parts.......I agree that sentiment may have been lost A BIT but doesn't take away from the deal and should not stop it re rating and especially no issues if coupled with really good news and updates.

I agree now is the time to get it back but its clear that they want everything lined up and to come across a new version of PPP. New website, new accountants and new accounts, they will want all of that to be ready first as well as coming back with good news from the work over wells and probably other wells as well as lithium. I know people want it back and i do too but they must be making sure everything is pukka before returning. Previous RNS's last year showed an update on 8th september.... so sometime later this week or next week you would think an operational update would be out.

Sheltie, i cant knock you, i do think you are right, the silence will be broken soon as i feel we will get close to news / update very soon, i don't think any reputation will be damaged if they update us with some fantastic JV news on both oil or lithium.

Think right, they will want to prove up as much as possible because when they are on the new main market they will want to attract as much investment / ii's/funds etc as possible. Things take time, id rather they got lots proved up and come back with a massive re rate / boom / whatever you want to call it rather than rushing back

BUT....i do think an operational update will be out soon.

AMC20 - Yes a good re rate and build upon from there. Working its way upto to 30-50m mcap and then build upon that with new wells, new jv news, revenues etc.

Definitely not mate. It should be 3 or 4 times that mcap now the deal has been done with all of the info listed in my previous posts.

Never a 10m mcap, not now we are talking of a company that has secured a royalty deal for thirty bloody years, with real revenues, real future, new oil wells as well as current ones being brought into production, a massive lithium and gas JV - 250,000 acres across a known lithium play area in Texas and majors are buying up left right and centre! Low number of shares etc etc....Primed for a big re rate. The radio silence is just them working, planning, strategizing. Hopefully soon, we will have our updates and they will be very good. Probably better than anticipated, i have always said the lithium jv has something big at play there IMO. The oil has 2038 acres!! Thats a big acreage and with Globalvision taking all the costs, all the drills, they are a major and they know the land well and will get so many wells under their wing from our acres. This will be excellent IMO, especially 6-12 months from now as we expand our Wells - OIL/GAS/Lithium. Some people dont want to wait a year but the value will be in a slightly longer term hold IMO

I agree with you. Hopefully an update very soon.

i understand some frustration might be setting in but our shares were safety netted and hopefully when we come out of suspension it's coupled together with really good news and there should be lots of it to come if all goes to plan. remember all the reasons why you invested in ppp and remember all of the below:

low number of shares 110m ish - primed for a massive re rate with this if coupled with good news on jv's in weeks and months to come.

new accountants - west end llp

new website - this shows growth and a maturing business

new premier market listing - lots of new investors will be waiting on relist, new ii's and funds - again if good news will pile in.

lithium - across 250,000 acres of land on the smackover belt - this should have millions of tons of lithium beneath based on research we've looked at on the similar belt of land producing **** loads of lithium.

oil - old wells and new wells to be brought into production

revenus - will be incoming, this will be from oil and it will be from lithium but need jv to prove it all up and get extracting / drilling. ..

options - if we get the lithium jv going really well it could be a prove up area and sell off to a major or we go to production and extraction and sell it to the likes of tesla - or other majors.

ceo owns 5m shares himself.

lots and lots of potentially great news to come.

Maybe Zag yeah either way they should do well in the longer run. Positive news on top of the already good deal news will just re rate it higher.

Steve E60 it all depends on what news they release. Because even if it opens at 8p or 9p or 10p the re rate will commence, whether that opens up high or builds up gradual over a few days

Depending what news is released this will and could open up at 30p or more. All depends on news.

Rob, I share your sentiment but rather wait until they've got BRILLIANT NEWS and come back with a re rate and potentially life changing for some investors rather than rush back

Erebus, they have appointed Westend LLP who are one of the really good accountancy companies that have loads of experience with FtSE / stock market listed companies, IPO's, Accountancy. What this shows is the company are growing and using proper people now they are on the new main premium market.

Also we are a different company now, going forward late accounts will be a thing of the past. This PPP is completely new, it's a fresh start, the new deal has completely changed the trajectory for them. New accountants, new deal, new prospects, new revenues incoming, new lithium JV, new oil JV, new website, new investors...

Good news is coming. They are probably finalising accounts and getting as much good news to release as possible with coming out of suspension.

Sorry for the late reply Tiger, well, the more i think of it, the more i think they are doing a lot of behind the scenes drilling, gas/lithium programme set out (or even started) plus oil wells, current and new targets...I think we could be back soonish, but the more i think about it i believe they are doing a lot, i think they'll want to come back all cylinders firing so they will be getting a lot of stuff going behind the scenes for max impact on return. They will want to attract more investors and the new main market investors love new drills / oil flowing and they will LOVE THE LITHIUM JV so hence why i think Tom will be doing as much as possible before returning ppp to us all.

Don't worry about waiting another few weeks because this will initiate an enormous re rate if it is how i think it will go.... All it takes is ONE major to have sniffed around our lithium acreage / JV to send this SP to the moon.

Like i have said previously, it would not surprise me if PPP / Global found tons of lithium within our play and then sell it off to a major or a Takeover by Exxon or Standard Lithium buy us out for silly money per share.

2 previous purchases by standard lithium and another lithium major (name escapes me) bought out two lithium explorers / producers in Texas with lithium in the ground for 500m and 700m and that was no where near the acres we have.

Paul - It should be 100% the coiled spring mate. No reason for it not to tbh. The placings were small and it's left us still with very low number of shares. All you have to do is look at some other companies that had 100ish million shares and see where they went....

NCYT - just an example here not comparing the companies as such but they were at 7p....had 90million shares....... Look where it took them.

Not saying we will get that high but just goes to show people what low number of shares can do. If PPP get this right it will be one of those legendary stocks. It's primed for it.

Hi Zag, yeah you are right, I only know as much as the next person, I have researched as much as I can do and I'm very confident of PPP and it's future and where they are going.

Of course ultimately everyone must do their own research and make their own mind up before investing.

What I have done is, looked at the research, the facts, looked at where the business are at, the deal, why Globalvision did the deal, looked at the RNS and then dissecting it all. I can't say it's 100% perfect but it's a pretty damn sweet deal and looking at the whole picture I'm very happy with my investment in PPP and hopefully if it comes off we will be incredibly happy people. In theory the business should grow with every drill that global do and depending what interest we have in the lithium and how much we have could be ridiculous figures.

Let's all wait and see, don't let any de rampers knock you off course and remember all the facts that's been shared.

I still am not sure if we will be back this week.... I think there might be several more weeks yet before they release all the news together prior to suspension...

Coming back after the bank holiday could well happen but I think they are holding updates back. I believe they've got something up their sleeve with the lithium JV. I believe they are doing test wells there as well as the oil, I mean good news and good updates are coming but will it be next week or are they going to hold off and then come back with a lot of updates all in one go?

Tiger, Im invested here like you are so I am passionate and I was responding to Bob's false claims.

I wish they did open up at 50p but that might be a big ask from suspension. 25-35p would be realistic starter re rate but then it would get to 50p very soon after relisting with the right news. That's the beauty of the deal we have and low number of shares, any big buys come in and it'll send it northbound due to low number of stock.

I'm really looking forward to PPP being back now and having updates which I think we will get this week and in September.
