Casper and they suppressed the price the last two days massively, proper disgusting games, i watched it live. Shame we never got to see the re rate after the deal was done as we went into suspension so we have that re rate to look forward to plus any other good news.

casper well said and all correct - no fake making up ****e. you can spot a mile off who punted and who is trying to plant the seed of doubt. it happened in eua - they went upto 47p, it happened to nyct they went upto stupid money in the pounds, rrr at the time had low numbe rof shares went from 8p to 400p, there are more too! these only come around now and then. your either in or your out. i know which id rather be!

Personally i think, if it is out of suspension and released with good up beat news and great jv start then the market cannot ignore the news or the deal THAT WE STILL HAVENT HAD OUR PROPER RE RATE FOR. 20-25p would be my more close SP for relisting and then build upon that SP with every well drill/news etc. It wont take long with the right news and sentiment to go beyond 50m mcap.

They want this opportunity to re rate ppp to a level not seen for the last two years. 50p 18-24months ago ppp were and higher!

This deal allows them flexibility, debt free, 30 years of royalties incoming, a massive and i mean massive lithium and gas JV, plus a 2038 acre! Oil jv with globalvision!

I think the de ramp brigade need to open their eyes and wake up. Yes there are risks to trading/investing shares but ppp are more than just a bloody punt stock ffs.

If you have really researched the company/the deal/the land the AMI is on, did you realise how much oil is beneath the 2038 acres!!??? Do you realise how much lithium & gas is in the 250,000acres of JV AMI ?!!! Its spread across the smackover!!! Research and see! In October 2023, Standard Lithium reported a lithium concentration of 806 mg/L in a well in East Texas, which the company claims is a new North American record. The company also noted that the Smackover Formation in East Texas is a top lithium brine asset in North America.

They are doing 5000 tons per annum from one lithium well.... $200,000,000

Cando yeah agree. The drop might be to 8.5p ISH then work through the shares and that's it. There's shed loads waiting to buy in here. I've had at least 5 or 6 people I know mention PPP and want to come on board.

The deal alone should see us FAIRLY minimum 30p. Sentiment will be with us especially if coupled with good news. Small games from mm but no way will ii be losing money. They will look for 200-400% minimum.

New market shared with next, Vodafone, persimmon etc check out their buys, big bucks. Any of those start ploughing in and we will blast past 50p let alone 30p

If the JV is as good as my research tells me PPP will be at 100mcap in short order.

Right then on this website malarkey. The website is being redone!!!!!! They need to include the new investor section, they will want it to be as professional as possible. They won't re open the website until it's all been compliance checked and updated. It'll be live before we relist imo.

Suspension - this is the 5th week, PPP have just signed a very big deal. Workovers will take at least a couple of weeks imo but I think they (global) are drilling multiple wells so this will be weeks until complete. We have to be realistic guys FFS.

Update - yes I agree an operational update will be nice but they will be waiting for results and other gas / lithium updates before updating imo.

So many de rampers have no shame. The company AFTER THE DEAL is a complete different company now. The market loved the deal. PPP want to get back trading as much as anyone but I bet my bottom dollar they want to come back with a massive bang! Big re rate with some excellent news release!

30 years royalty deal, revenues, existing oil wells, new oil wells, gas/lithium JV (huge AMI)!!! Come on guys.... Ignore this rubbish about not relisting. It's coming! It's just takes time. Have some patience. News will come probably this week.

30m MCAP MINIMUM!!!! Might be some games but ultimately some massive buyers on the new market we talking £100k/200k plus buyers we won't have no stock left.

The market loved the deal and there more still to come. People might not agree with me but i wholeheartedly believe if it's exactly how i think it will be toward the end of the year then i guess we will be well over 50m mcap. So Circa 50-70p IMO. Into 2025 when new wells come into production and lithium/gas jv is booming thats when i think closer to 100mcap.

If ANY majors sniff around us ie standard lithium, Tesla, Exxon etc then forget 100m mcap, that'll be long gone. News incoming, not just now but over the next few months, we will have loads coming.

V111JAS - i admire your confidence and tbh with you i agree with you. I do think PPP is a Gem that was a bit of a diamond that was still to be polished. I have always said there will be some ups and there will be some downs but right not the company are on AN UPWARD TRAJECTORY AND ALL THE NEWS FLOW TO COME SHOULD REALLY CEMENT THE FAITH FROM INVESTORS GOING FORWARD.

We are about to enter one of the most important months potentially, we have so much to look forward to but all the doom and gloomers are trying to use smoke screens to deter us from the finish line and what lays ahead. They are trying to subtly deramp and im not having it!

PPP are a 30m mcap BARE MINIMUM company now, after that 30 year royalty deal plus jv signed deal, anything less is raping everyone and down right ridiculous.... Another thing to note is..... GlobalVision WOULD NOT HAVE SACTIONED A DEAL IF THEY DID NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY ARE BUYING INTO HAD MASSIVE VALUE!

We are entering the new prime market, big investors will be lurking waiting to buy, and boy do they buy big!! We will share the same market as Vodafone, Next Group, Persimmon etc, Have you seen their buys!!! We are talking £100k, £150k, £250k buys at a time!!! If we have any of those BUYS we wont have any stock left and the mm will have to raise the SP to some crazy heights. So if you look into what the deal has in store for us plus the sentiment and these big buyers / ii's waiting to buy in, you need to understand where this company are going. PPP would not list on the new market, bother with a new website and the deal if there was not something substantial to back it up with...Think people need to open their eyes.

I dont like guessing SP but **** it, what i believe is we will probably open around 20-25p (re-rate from the deal taken into account) then it will be a big squeeze (gamma squeeze ?) and that will be caused by low stock forcing the SP up. We all know PPP can do 30,40,50,60,70,80% plus PER DAY....Imagine when we are on the new market with the big boys !

I dont know how far it can go but PPP's market cap should sit 30-50mcap and thats to start with holding back a bit tbh. Add on news/wells/lithium/gas/revenues and just keep adding.

I have worked it out time and time again but 100m mcap might look far right now but we are no longer the company we were prior to the deal, this is a new beast, a new start, massive prospects & a deal that a lot of small cap companies could dream of tbh.

PPP - Operational update very soon. 30p Minimum Mcap, anything less the mm's are trying it on, with the right news we will blast past 30m mcap especially with our low number of shares. Also, im expecting a few ii's jumping on / TR1 big shareholders when re listing on the new market. Patience will be rewarded here.

Valuation should be 30-50m mcap based on the deal, the assets, revenues stream deal for 30 years incoming shortly, acerage, no debt, massive amount of land to drill for oil, has and lithium.

10m mcap might have been the company pre deal completion but definitely not after it.

That gives them a good few weeks then. What I will say is accounts might be ready or might not be ready, as long as they are doing workovers and cracking on with the lithium gas deal and the oil JV then I'm happy. Good news is coming. Remember we never even had our chance of a re rate post completion of the deal!

There's no bloody way PPP are a 10m MCAP when you've got other companies out there with no income or no massive 30 year royalty deal signed sitting at 30m MCAP plus.

If we land good news we will be kissing goodbye to 30m MCAP.

Adnauseum the beauty of this deal is there are many strings to ppp's bow.

30 years of revenue royalties - the gas might be immediate and oil too. Lithium could be some time into 2025 but potentially they already know rough numbers of what's within their acreage.

We are waiting for the drilling programmes and the ESGY study that's been done. Circa 300 gas wells plus 28 HIGHLY SIGNIFICANT WELLS HAVE BEEN LOCATED.

We have existing wells that were in oil production and global will re activate / work these over and get them gushing. Then there's circa 30 oil wells within our acreage. That's just to start. These obviously do take time but it does bode well for the future solidity of PPP.

We have access to tap into 250,000 acres of land - AMI for the gas and lithium JV. That's a crazy number of land. With Tesla and other majors in the area we should be laughing - all we need to do is find the stuff which we will as we are on the smack over across Texas and other states.

We await news updates now. Some people are losing their minds a bit but I think this will come good soon.

Wayne what's not adding up? The company accountant died. They have been working with Westend LLP for several months but now officially signed as the company accountant / secretary going forward.
