As for chilling out - when I start running around other boards in revenge, posting under multiple accounts, opening accounts to impersonate others, run a telegram group and / or accuse people of criminal behaviour then you may conclude the blood pressure is rising.

MB specifically said when you contact the tax people they tell you tax is due.

The current position is we’ve explained the model to them and are confident they’ll change their mind and a bureaucrat will send us a letter saying PC only have to pay a small amount. We’ll then share the letter with PC and arrange a meeting to discuss.

If any of that is wrong please be precise and give your own interpretation.

The issue is they said tax IS due.

Granted they may change their mind but that’s what we’ve been told from MB.

And even he conceded some tax will be due by PC, which presumably they weren’t aware of themselves.

The whole thing is weird. PC have signed a commercial agreement and are now making US check THEIR tax obligations. In the meantime they charge us for processing the oil and then sell it. They’re just keeping more money than contractually allowed.

Makes sense to be a buy as it’s once again NT to sell £1k in Barclays.

Remarkable timing from Proquo, his (previously unannounced) summer travelling (unusual for a retired ex pat in France from my experience) just so happened to begin the day of the raise. The day after he sent a snarky message about there not being a raise.

He and Investor are now explaining the impact of a massively discounted dilutive raise to those of us who deal in something other than hindsight. Lovely!
