I’m a little co fired as to why he’s said the July oil production is now late. My understanding is we submit the invoice by the 10th and they essentially have until the end of the month (so until Friday) to make payment.

I think the chances of a deal being completed this year are almost zero.

It’s going to be exceptionally complex and subject to the usual regulatory approval (delays).

There’s no way they can afford all 3 being brought to production imo but that’s a slightly seperate issue.

If the intent is to bring it on stream first that’s a little different. What caught my eye was this part of what you’ve shared

It perhaps also makes sense to test them all before ploughing limited resources into the first, eg what if it’s say 45bopd - commercial but not great?

I do not believe they have the money to bring all 3 online in the unlikely event all 3 are commercial.

I might be wrong, but at the very least the ambiguity warrants some consideration.

Mal, this was a multi faceted pre planned RNS imo.

I don’t think an announcement they started work yday would have necessaries a standalone RNS. Just an opinion but I certainly didn’t call you for claiming it was price sensitive. Hard to know what is / isn’t when they don’t think it’s material to inform the market they’ve not been paid for 2 months and / or have a tax dispute.

I don’t have a particular reason not to believe Manx holds 22.5m shares - but I must admit if you held a gun to my head I’d say he doesn’t.

Either way, to speak of this shower as a MULTI billion company weeks after a 0.80p raise is so far outside the range of reasonable it’s easy to put a line thru that analysis.

I think anyone expecting a 124 bagger is basically having a laugh or about to lose a lot of money.

It’ll never be a billion pound business, let alone a multi billion business.

Even a billion pounds needs a 66 bagger. It’s simply not credible and I find it incredible you could invest enough to hold 22.5m shares yet resort to Google for the likely terms of a farm out. Sorry to be direct but that’s absolutely bonked talk!
