He was apparently happy to pay at least market value when the SP was 50% higher, but they limited himself to $50k in the raise at 0.80p and has reverted to type of not buying more on the open market. Presumably it’s not as appealing without a huge discount.

They said they’ll make payment in August. Payments are due the last week of the month so the later the July oil should be paid is a week on Friday.

Presumably they’ll also include the overdue payments for May and July in the same payment.

But impossible to have confidence they’ll do any of the above. Wouldn’t surprise me if a new deal is being agreed which will give rise to another excuse.

I don’t pretend to know what game PC are playing, but they’re definitely not to be trusted.

1. They failed to agree a Sales deal but were happy to take receipt of our oil whilst a deal was being negotiated (after several years)

2. They then took circa 3months to physically sign the contract.

3. Just before receipt of the first payment, they decided the above contract wasn’t fit for purpose and withheld all payments for the 6months worth of oil they already sold

4. They then paid for oil, but decided to arbitrarily withhold 30%

5. Then they breached their contractual obligations by failing to pay their invoices for 60- 90days claiming they couldn’t work out how to transfer.

Given Abzzba is blaming PC, I presume he agrees the above is accurate
