Hamm is right. If Investor things H2 being non commercial is already priced in and won’t impact the SP then why raise money specifically to find out. The man purpose for the reason was NOT renewables it was the workover.

It’s utter nonsense. Of course the SP will drop if it’s non commercial. It was a 75% cos so if anything’s priced in one would assume it would be the more likely outcome. Personally I think it’s now less than 75% because the most logical explanation for the delay is they’re moving onto to the water injector attempt.

Classic strawman argument. I’m unaware anyone has said “everything hinges” on H2. What’s accepted by most is the result will literally define the next share price movement. If it’s successful it will go UP. Presumably we can all agree with that.

Some of us also think if it’s unsuccessful it’ll go DOWN.

It’s a 2 sided coin. And if you aren’t bothered personally about the impact that’s done - I’d advise those who seem uninterested to take a step back and not try to push narratives about no news being good news, or generally try to whip fomo with one sided speculation.

It’s not a silly question Abzzba because you repeatedly make bold, bullish and incredulous predictions - when the RNS lands saying things are miles away you then claim it’s positive.

At least we’ve got you stating clearly you’ll be disappointed if the next RNS is anything other than it’s been brought to production already

ALS my understanding. AIM companies don’t hang around to release good news (such as H2 is commercial). They do tend to hide / delay bad news such as it not being commercial until they’ve got some good news to go with it (such as water injector successful).

Abzzba, Thorn et al are all allowed to think the most likely reason for no news is they’re putting H2 on production as we speak. They said the same last November.

All I ask is IF that doesn’t happen they tell us how disappointed they are against what they expected.

I’ve never commented on Sunsteppe because I said there was nothing to go on. The recent figures were super promising but I’m VERY SCEPTICAL about what will be achieved. I also bought it was terrible to say we’re doing all the work / investment and nothing is agreed or documented about how that impacts the output.

If you have no interest in short term events which literally will dictate the likelihood and terms of a potential deal fair enough. It’s completely the opposite of the chart based approach you used to lecture about and even more different to the promises of selling as soon as you got back to break even. People are allowed to change their mind and it’s healthy to do so but I’ve never seen anyone contradict themselves as much as you.

But personally I’d rather discuss the company rather than debate with someone who simultaneously claims not to read what I say but yet object to the contents.

If Heron 2 is brought to commercial production in its own right this year I’ll never post again.

The most likely reason for the minor delay is because they couldn’t get it flow commercially and are now looking where plan b (injector) is also a failure.

The people who told you to expect (good) news last week because it doesn’t take 20 days are now saying the delay must be positive. What’s changed?

Ultimately if H2 isn’t commercial this will drop. If it, it’ll rise.

If it not commercial and fails as an injector it’ll drop even further.

And if plan an and plan b are failures the likelihood of a deal rescues in my opinion (just like it increases if it’s good).

I must confess to a mistake. I’d thought it was a given that IF H2 wasn’t commercial they’d use it as an injector for H1.

However, on re reading it seems that also needs testing

Although the delay is still very minor, the above is now more likely than say 7days ago.

So I disagree no news is good news.

It’s not worked and they’re assessing how to make it an injector

First attempt was ambiguous so trying again

Just a standard drilling issue (broken part etc)

FWIW I’d say the above are broadly in order of likelihood. That’s because the water injector was specifically mentioned as plan b which would presumably mean they’d take extra time.

Whatever the answer no news isn’t great news because the clock is taking before winter shutdown.

Taking even the very lowest of your projections (20p), you appear to be expecting a 25 bagger within 2 years.

The Board members Mike Buck and Petrovis who are obviously much more informed than you and me only wanted to invested a combined $350k at current levels.

The only figure ever mentioned by the company was a 33% increase in production, using 150bopd as the current rate. I suspect that’s dropped too.

I think we’re all aware news is due - or overdue according to some.

Not promising that there were 20 times the volume of sells to buys today. Not definitive evidence but as I say certainly not promising.

I still think H2 is more likely to be commercial than not but risk reward changed for me.
