I must admit I don’t even try to spell his name - I just throw in some combo of A’s b’s and z’s! Yeah he tried bragging about living in Spain selling a car. This lot love speculating about us so I’d guess he’s spent most of his life working abroad and little if any friends and family in the UK. He certainly doesn’t radiate happiness.

All it shows to me is once again these people can’t have a sensible discussion about what the facts are without instinctively assuming the most positive possible view and then personally attacking those who mention anything else.

If it’s true about the refinery and H2 production likelihood. what else has this industry expert either got wrong or deliberately mis led people about ?

For context Abzzba himself quoted from this article last week. He’s now dismissing it.

So in summary, the company themselves say 2027 in a July presentation.

I’d so recommend listening to his concerns around relying on only 1 well given things don’t alway go to plan. Which might be news to some here who insist that producing oil is risk free in Mongolia during the winter :) 1h 2m onwards

Yes agree entirely.

It’s perfectly fair to be a massive bull here but pointing to $100k investment at a huge discount for a man who trousers 5 times that amount per year as evidence of something is utterly deluded. But that’s WOS for you - celebrating a hugely discounted raise that he insisted wouldn’t happen. :)

Abzzba it’s quite clear you read what you want.

It’s why you dismissed the link I shared at wkend despite the fact you yourself had quoted from it.

Better to be mature like Thorn and concede it won’t be ready in 2026 but that it doesn’t materially affect your strategy. That’s better than just clinging to whatever of the 3 sources suits you more.

Incidentally the same presentation quoted the refinery to come on stream in 2027 (page 5). Perhaps Abzzba missed that too

MB investment of $100k at a huge discount should not be used as evidence of anything. Following Directors buys at the best of times doesn’t work out, but especially not when it’s a fraction of his salary and at a 46% discount.

Even I would buy here if given a 46% discount!

I’m here for the short term, so it makes sense for me to be more interested in the pending news.

Those who profess not to be worried in the slightest about whether our first 2 wells are producing at good rates are probably entitled to step away from the board. Sit back and relax - if you are relaxed.

I don’t really have a theory on the seller. I hoped some was Miton, I equally hope some might be a hangover from the raise but I really don’t know. It does worry me so close to big news but it’s been persistent since I’ve been here throughout even excellent news like the permits, so hopefully not indicative of bad news.

WOS isn’t here to make money and if he is he’s evidently no good at it. I’ve not read back his rubbish long enough ago to the raise but I’m not at all surprised he was denying it. And I’d imagine when it did happen he probably said it was great anyway. It’s how this lot work.

Good post this - balanced. If there’s activity at H2 then it could (presumably?) be stimulation testing, or construction. If they know it’s commercial with such confidence to build I’d also have expected an RNS, but agree there might be something more significant afoot. I hope so.

This is brilliant. The same crew who were telling us to expect an RNS anyday in mid October are now reminding those of us who corrected them that results weren’t infact due until early November.

Yes, it’s still early November now but the longer into November we go without the results the less time to put in on stream.

There’s still a consistent heavy seller and certainly yday not massive demand. That’s my observation anyway.

Worth a quick compare and contrast between the company’s RNS I quoted below and the heavily invested Abzzbaa assertions that

What does be know that the company doesn’t? Other than how to LIE to save his drowning investment

They just state outright lies but never manage to provide a quote Doc. Best to try and ignore the personality stuff. Let’s remind ourselves what the company told us the plan is

“Casing has been run to TD and preparations are being made for a well testing and stimulation programme over the pay zone with the ambition, in the event of successfully achieving a commercial flow rate, to put the well on stream as soon as possible. Recent heavy rains in the area have caused some logistical difficulties but the Company remains focused on getting the testing programme completed expeditiously and, based on the results, will then determine if time and weather will permit getting the well on production before the 2024 winter operational shut down in late November. The well test operations are expected to be completed during the month of October.”

A week later they put the results back to early November with the same caveat. By their own description (not the wild, unsupported assertions here) there’s a touch and go decision to be made - IF the well is commercial.

So posters can either n believe the company or the randoms here - who told us to expect results mid October yet pivoted to claim the bigger the delay the better. Industry experts - do me a favour :)

Another day has gone by with no results from H2 - which unless they’ve decided to withhold and results and start construction means it’s less likely to be producing this year.

Not the end of the world and already baked into my predictions.
