Of course it is. And you've asked some questions, a couple of which I've replied to. Of course, I'm not so headstrong as to say that my answers are 100% correct: please consider them as opinion based upon certain suspicions, but I do offer them for your consideration.

Oh, and by the way, you're a busy little chap, aren't you? Just looked at your 'posting history' for the last month. You seem to have your finger in more pies than I could shake a stick at. But your latest were the first posts you've put on this particular HUR BB.

So what was it in mine that rang an alarm bell, causing you to respond? Mention of Rosneft? Or CNOC? Or both?

The reason I put in the 'report box' was that I believe the link posted and the article it refers to are 'disinformational' and untrue. In factual terms. It is supposition on my part for now, but fully intend to follow-up within the next few hours, once businesses are open and people (maybe) answering the phone.

It is perfectly possible that someone on the Aoka Mizu has got a case of Covid-19. But the 'Coastguard' sending out an 'emergency chopper' to medivac someone? Barrel of laughs. The FPSO isn't a dam' fishing-boat.

The whole thing is a bit of made-up 'deramping', and transparently so. And obviously of foreign origin.

I think it's a big deal. Or at least, 'sloppy journalism' of the worst sort. The so-called journalist hasn't got to fly anywhere for an up-to-date photo. There are plenty around. Starting, (for instance) on the company website.

Thanks for your feedback, though. 'Good' journalists like reaction, even if negative!

Wrt 'Seawell'.

She was showing 'HALCA' on her AIS a couple of days ago. Which is Halifax, California, just off San Fransisco. Which was weird, because we knew / thought she was going to work for 'us'. Which has turned out to be the case.

No 'mea culpa' involved. Some dimwit on the boat entered the wrong 'Halifax' into the AIS.

As to 'speculation' about the boat itself? Yes, I may have got some things wrong, but it was poster 'Diver69' who corrected me on that, not 'DiveCentre'. And anyway, it was pure tech stuff, and neither here nor there. I had just speculated that 'Seawell' was now ROV instead of diver-spread equipped, but turns out I'm wrong, seemingly. Dunno why the owners haven't done that. But couldn't give a flying f*** neither. Their business, not mine.

Now then. What was your next question?

And am not going to add an 'opinion' because it would be purely speculative and maybe wrong. However, one thing is obvious. 'Seawell' is up to something, involving 'our' assets. And now, I begin to echo p**sed-off comments I've seen posted by other people here.

The 'operational updates' are all well and good. We welcome them. But I feel that it's time that Stephan McTiernman (Chairman of the Board) started to 'come clean' with us. Not necessarily Dr Trice, in whom I still I trust enormously, as one oilman to another. In other words, not at all. But yet 100%.

The (now departed, we know not why) CFO, Alistair Stobie made reference to the 'lunatic shipwatchers' a couple of years ago. But we're still here, but he isn't.

I'd like to know what 'Seawell' is doing. On 'our' assets.

Thanks for the link, but the article just states the obvious. Even if some of the numbers are interesting, regarding Tesla sales. However, even if Tesla has made a massive hit in California, how about W.Texas? Those cowboys will still want their pickup trucks, and they ain't suburban commuters. Some will drive 100 miles for a beer.

The fact that I am replying to you here will show that I haven't 'filtered' you.

However, your even so much making such a comment indicates a sort of defensiveness implying that you yourself are aware that you've overstepped a few boundaries and been a 'naughty boy'.

I remain interested in your comments, and especially your recent post, looking at world economics in general.

The only thing I was criticising you about was your recent about-turn in respect to your attitude towards Hurricane as a company. OK, you've (mainly) sold out. Your choice, as it is for everyone. But that's no reason for starting to badmouth the company, especially as you used to be someone who was insistent about 'the fundamentals not having changed'.

The thing being, Ghengis15 having done a big sell doesn't change the fundamentals, either.
