Praying that a man from outer space will land and save Zulu is a frequent avenue taken by many; I have used it myself.

What you must take on board is the fact that the company, Premier Africa Minerals, has never satisfied any deadlines.

The company has defaulted on every agreement.

May I refer to the previous agreement, when the long stop date was 1st April 2025?

Upon approaching that date, it was becoming clear that Premier/Zulu would default on the agreement.

Zulu was not producing, the debts were accumulating, and creditors were unsettled.

Based on that contract, I would agree that Canmax would take Zulu.

As we all know, the contract was renegotiated to allow Zulu still further time, the long stop being moved to 31/12/2025.

As alluded to earlier, nothing would surprise me.

I just cannot envisage Glengore entering a multimillion-dollar contract without Zulu proving any sort of viability; this does not make any commercial sense. It would appear the plant is not working; no news has leaked.

I'm sticking with EGM, large dilution, and continued testing throughout the remainder of the year.

Glengore may advance monies for R&D, but IMO, that is as far as Glen will go until Zulu has grown a pair.

GH is not a member of the Board of Directors, and my gut feeling is that it will stay that way.
