I have seen BB get this excited on numerous occasions, punters ordering new cars, clearing mortgages taking early retirement, all on the premise "It's gonna blow""No stopping us now".

Yes, there is a self-driven confidence that should be reflected in Tuesday's SP. Yes,yes, I expect SP to rise; however, IMO, Premier has yet to convince me that the rise will be sustained. I need more tangible data from the mine, I need debt management proposals, details of MO, and sources of revenue/funding.

IMO it's still a long road to Nirvana.

The tiny experimental plant at Arcadia is working rather well, producing far above Zulu expectations:

Prospect Lithium Zimbabwe’s Arcadia Lithium Mine ramped up production by 48.3% in the first quarter of 2025, producing a total of 128,348.68 tonnes of spodumene concentrate.

According to the company, output rose steadily from 34,057 tonnes in January to 43,791.68 tonnes in February, and 50,500 tonnes in March—a clear sign of sustained operational momentum at one of Africa’s largest hard-rock lithium deposits.

In December 2021, Arcadia was sold for $ 422 m.

This was a Division 2 enterprise, being smaller than Zulu, you describe it as a tiny experimental plant.

If one applies US indexation to the sale consideration, it equates to a current valuation of $502.18 m

So you are valuing Arcadia with its tiny experimental plant, the same as the operating Zulu mine, with vast EPO potential.

Then you should ask yourself....why did George Roach include this statement in the accounts, it's part of the MO for Zulu.

"• The Group securing either a possible sale of Zulu mine in its entirety, securing an investment partner into Zulu mine via a partial sale; or enter into a Joint Venture once the Zulu mine has demonstrated that it can produce spodumene concentrate through either the Primary Flotation Circuit or Secondary Flotation Circuit or, ideally, both ("Zulu Investment").

If I were CEO of Glencore, I would buy Zulu ASAP. My chaps have visited the site, read the data, and inspected the mine.

I would initiate negotiations and hopefully conclude matters by the end of this financial year.

My MO would be to get Zulu off the open market without delay.

The acceptable/agreed valuation is another matter; I would, however, pay a premium to secure Zulu.

Working on the fundamentals of supply and demand, when the market is exposed to critical supply shortages, it will result in swingeing increases in EV battery costs.

The battery is the most expensive element of an EV; therefore, if manufacturers increase the product price, ultimately, demand will either level off or fall..

The industry is underpinned by subsidies. Will governments wish to contribute more?

A slowdown in demand will rebalance supply, thus maintaining the status quo.

This has been a hot topic of conversation for many, many months, and I took the view some time ago. that a shortfall will occur.

Your chappie is just agreeing with the common debate.

I have told you that I expect spod prices to top $1000 per tonne by the end of September and C $1500 per tonne at the start of Q2,it may go higher.

Lithium production is extremely volatile, and the lithium market is extremely volatile.

It may all change tomorrow.

What do you consider "cheap" in the UK? What figure are you looking at to enter the EV market, £37/40,000.

He may be very knowledgeable, attract credibility, and be adored; however, he does not control geopolitics, the Chinese government, or supply and demand.

At the end of the day, he is voicing his opinion.

I could fill the BB with the opinion of "men of worth," which would present a counterargument to your chappie.

The financing for the float plant has been noted, and you are correct.

Over the months, there has been more money allocated to this than the government has allocated to HS2.

Not feeling as comfortable as other posters.

IMO, the Zulu plant has NOT performed as many suggest, and until firm evidence is reported via an RNS release, I remain very cautious about the CEO's

rhetoric. Comfort will come with figures. I am looking for details of the plant running continuously over a reasonable time, tonnage figures, and VERIFIED grading. Until the Zulu mine is presented as "worthy," I will remain skeptical.

No RNS has convinced me that Zulu is commercially equipped to start producing nameplate.

I consider Zulu very much work in progress and view that WD40/spanners will be required for the remainder of this year.

I am looking for tangible progress in the new year. I will hopefully wave my flag of support during Q2 when Zulu can convince me it can play in the real world by RELIABLE output figures at above SC6.5.

The plant is still undergoing trials; it has yet to achieve "fit for purpose" status. It will still be plagued by gremlins and require many adjustments before it can run continuously for 22/28 days.

Prove me wrong Mr.Roach.

First target: sell 500 tonnes of SC6% in September.
