Not feeling as comfortable as other posters.

IMO, the Zulu plant has NOT performed as many suggest, and until firm evidence is reported via an RNS release, I remain very cautious about the CEO's

rhetoric. Comfort will come with figures. I am looking for details of the plant running continuously over a reasonable time, tonnage figures, and VERIFIED grading. Until the Zulu mine is presented as "worthy," I will remain skeptical.

No RNS has convinced me that Zulu is commercially equipped to start producing nameplate.

I consider Zulu very much work in progress and view that WD40/spanners will be required for the remainder of this year.

I am looking for tangible progress in the new year. I will hopefully wave my flag of support during Q2 when Zulu can convince me it can play in the real world by RELIABLE output figures at above SC6.5.

I could rip the last RNS apart, and back up my comments, but I would be red-carded again for scarmongering and reported by the gardbrigade brigade

The plant is still undergoing trials; it has yet to achieve "fit for purpose" status. It will still be plagued by gremlins and require many adjustments before it can run continuously for 22/28 days.

I have already posted my estimated output figures up to Q2.

First target: sell 500 tonnes of SC6% in September.

I'm looking at 3 possible revenue/income streams this financial year.

Raise the share ceiling/sale of product/financial assistance from Glencore.

I think the EGM will follow the share consolidation.

Premier, as a company, needs a share pool that is available at all times; it's a must in my opinion.

One can just pick a price, but what is going to happen?

30th September is judgment day in China, will the 7 mines close?

I read that with the favorable prices, some mines are already planning to ramp up production.

South America is looking to ramp up, as is China, with its vast saltwater extraction process.

That is something very often missed on BB, yes, the price may go up, but so will supply.

There is always a long list of caveats when attempting to predict lithium prices.

I think Glencore will go for the Zulu acquisition. What value do you put on the asset?

You have obviously given some thought to the commercial logistics of a Jv How, in your opinion, would it work?

Say the plant is 4000t per month at 6% SC. Take $1000 per ton spod price.

How do you see the business economics of this month?

I would be interested in your opinion on the recent large transactions, all reported in the grey.

Glencore could raise the funds, and of course, there would be a declaration via TR-1, and Glen would have to inform the market of its intentions.

Obviously, George has considered the possibility of a forthcoming buyout; he is very clever with his wording.

My money is on a full sale of Zulu to Glencore.

Can anyone explain why Glen would go into a JV and take over up to aprrox 70/80m debts, why not buy the lot for not much more?

The company would be restructured, and the sale proceeds would be used to invest in other assets.

George Roach may offer Prem a sum for RHA and take this private.

So, a full sale of Zulu.

IMO Canmax wants to unload Premier,Canmax has recently put millions into another lithium mine.

You and others seem very keen on following this chart stuff, so I decided to do some research and ask about Premier Africa and charting.

The majority dissed the charts for Prem, stating the share was far too volatile amongst other things.

Others said it could be used as an aid, but it has very little value.

On other shares, the charts can be useful.
