Zulu plant

As announced on 24 June 2022, Premier accepted a proposal and a quotation to design, supply, and deliver to Zulu and to assemble and commission a plant at an additional charge, that was to meet certain specific design and throughput specifications ("Zulu Plant Performance"). The plant was expected to produce Spodumene concentrate at 6% Li20 from March 2023. The plant had not met the specific design and throughput specifications a year after the original target completion date. Material reasons have been set out in previous announcements. Accordingly, Premier has requested that Stark demobilise and leave Zulu immediately, and Stark has agreed and done so.

The plant failed to reach its original target in March 2023, today is 15/08/2025 the plant is still not producing, even after shareholders have pumped millions into the Lego plant.

During the 2023 year, a director, Mr. G. Roach advanced the Group $2.269 million including interest. This loan was due to be settled in shares by 31 December 2024. The settlement of this loan was extended to 31 December 2025 and incurred interest in the amount of $0.247 million, $0,088 million of the interest was paid to Mr. G. Roach.
