Hi snape, I don’t think I missed your point . It was well made and understood and I agree with your comments . Many people in Royal Mail are weary of change but it has to come, in order to survive we must evolve. There is no disagreement from me on that .

I’ll do anything Royal Mail wants , the revenue that will protect my job and my family, a roof over there heads and food on the table, when so many other are without a job , I’ll take anything that comes to my role. But I will always try to finish on time as it’s also important to me as it is to you. More work should mean more staff , not more workload on an already stretched team . At whatever level within total mail that team exists . Whether it be in Delivery, processing , distribution and network , sales, admin , management. We work hard but more work should mean more jobs should it not ?

First time In a while I have had a good feeling about this and could be heading in an upwards direction.

I’ve upped my workplace share contribution to the max .

Been some relative good news lately the pick ups on delivery , potential for moonshot and the parcel automation coming , that’s just on the business side , if RM chose to move forward if they can get the union on board this will go places . Hopefully up . But we will see .

A point raised earlier spoke of the potential for door 2 doors to be put in with the sequenced mail . Envelope style would be fine to Let us do that, Leaflet style wouldn’t work. You would get the whole batch and delivery points shotgun that batch getting their door to door in 1 go

This share is a perfect representation of what the year 2020 has felt like for me . Up down down up , with logic totally out the window ...what’s going to come next . Loving the rollercoaster when it’s going back up , I’m just so wary of the next big dip.

I’m all honesty, this company has not moved moved forward since the date of this video .
