You know what?
Nobody (apart from Obiwonkamani) responding to my "heads up" regarding the RD lecture has in any way discussed the content of the lecturer's speech.
Simply rhetorical, oblique and sniping replies.
Watch the Iplayer, you might learn something.
Otherwise why not accept the fact that it's taken Scancell many more years than anyone who has been invested here expected to significantly commercialise the jewels in it's crown?
As to the idea that everyone expected there to be "Humps in the road" for Scancell to sell its IP, that is complete and utter fantasy. With cries of "Expect a deal" or "I think that next week will see NEWS with the SP moving up" or some such tosh, happening with almost weekly regularity, it shows me that a listen to Sarah Gilbert might put things into perspective for those who profess but do not have the underlying understanding to put make meaningful comments.
I can say that because all the claims such as "Deals in the pipeline which will come to fruition very soon" and others of that ilk have been wrong for the past ten years so please don't suggest that EVERYONE knew it would take time. They clearly did not!
Anyway maybe a few will have a listen and maybe (if they open their mind) will see what an excellent and useful talk it was.

Anyway enjoy the lecture and see if it helps in the understanding of the tortuous route from Comcept to Data.

Definitely worth watching.
Demonstrates calmly and quietly why nobody can assume that any vaccine in development will sail through with no problems.

Since the 180K Trade was an Off Exchange deal (reported in) it's almost impossible to determine whether it was a Buy or a Sell as we don't know the time of the deal (thus giving an indication of here the Big Market was then. It does show an appetite to deal at that (enhanced from recent days) level which is good.
Its entirely possible that it may well have been a "Buy" from an off exchange/overseas MM which was filled from their inventory acquired some time ago or maybe the Off Exchange seller (MM) will have to acquire the 180K shares to cross out their effective "Short". Maybe the U/T trade at 21.10 represents the unwinding of the postion on the Big Market and the OE trade in 180K is levelled and finished.
So there's just a few posiibilities (of many more) which basically means trying to determine whether its a "Sell" or a "Buy" is pretty well pointless. That will also be the case as Scancell moves into being a regularly traded "On Exchange" share where (if we see some of the predictions for the MC coming true) the size and frequency of trades will make it impossible to track - from a Buy/Sell per trade at least).
Looks encouraging on an overview so let's see whether the SP is allowed to steady at this level (or maybe a little higher) next week. If it is (and does) then that will be quite a nice Christmas Present as far as I'm concerned.
Scancell; Maybe the Present that keeps on giving (?) on all fronts? I do hope so.

I take it, hasiba, that you're not really saying any more that P3 data is the only Data that sells Bios?
If that isn't the case how long before Scancell's saleable?

Do you fancy putting a timeline on when Scancell start producing P3 Data?
Given you say that P1 and P2 won't make any difference I assume you've divested awaiting the data you talk about.
Do you think Scancell will be conducting P3 trials?

I keep reading stuff about Scancell being unrecognised (and this has been going on for literally years).
Not only that, but people saying that Journalists are being briefed and still nothing happens!
Let's face it the Share price is ONLY up around 300% over the last two years.
If that's not recognition I don't know what is.
So what has been recognised in the Share Price?
Fundamentally I'd say that the interest shown by a couple of heavy Funds and the "Knock on" effect of that recognition.
RM and V can both see the potential here as can LTH and those journalistic pieces that Real Market Operators allied to Scancell achieved some time ago.
So the SP is more than three times higher ("multiples" of the November 2019 price), the outlook for trials is better than we've seen since 2012 and people are surprised Scancell's still where it is.
I'm not and I'm sure many others aren't. Have a look at the SP action since February this year.
You can lobby as many Journalists as you like ATM (and you might get a bit of interest) BUT I don't believe anyone (apart from another Hedge Fund or two) can get this SP to move the way those calling for more Price Action hope. There has to be some constructive Data from the Trials we hope are progressing. I also believe that our largest investors want that too.
Until then i think we'll have to sit around 300-350% up from the lows.
So how terrible is that?
Get the (right) data to market/out in the open - and no, not just "first dosed" - Scancell and then I think we can really start shouting the odds. Until that is avaiable any rises in SP (even if they're allowed to happen) will meet with little sustainability. Sustainability that's what I want to see in the SP. Not a wildly price gyrating share. That may be good for trading but I want Scancell to be an INVESTORS' company. so I am very happy to see the way the SP is (and has been managed) recently.
Sadly we have to wait until the BOD do their Jobs and get Scancell's highly anticipated (but more importantly PROVEN) Data out in the open.
Then we won't have to Lobby journalists, They'll be beating a path to Scancell's door; A far better situation.
Patients/patience seems to be the key here.

All those trades were reported in and not dealt on AIM, as was the late reported 60K trade at the London Market closing price.

Off (AIM) Market trades, always difficult to know what they really mean, unless there's some funds and overseas Dealers seeing some (relatively) small trades. Consider the price reported... London close.
However it all shows up on the buys v sells lists... hehe

No Argument. I simply put you right on your statement

which was not correct.

As to your then trying to use the intraday price on 29th October (EOY results date) the market's closed at 20.75 since then so we're still below that subsequent higher level.
At least we can say that the market has yet to recover to the levels of 6th November (which was substantially higher than 18.50).
Probably best for you to forget the erroneous posts and think about something else.
I certainly intend to LOL.

The market's close for the last three days has been 20p.
That seems static to me not gradually increasing. In fact Thursday to Friday showed a fall in the achieved intraday high.

Not for everyone obviously, but some may be carried away.
Having said that I'm quite happy to be lambasted for being completely wrong, BUT
Not until Scancell's AIM quote (or any Overseas market quote where Today's shareholders are able to have an interest in proportion to their existing AIM holdings) which equates to 200p+ (post any further dilutive equity adjustments).
If and when that happens I will be happy anyway, so a few "I Told You Sos" won't be a problem for me!

I won't argue with you in that (assuming all goes well), but if Investors (of whichever type) have identified this don't forget that as PIs in Scancell we are a very long way down the feeding chain of the market.
I t may be that as PI we won't see the value that Scancell will ultimately realise, and I suppose that is why some are very sceptical of the likely returns offered by the company as it is structured at the moment.
Please don't think I'm in any way supporting some of the more dismal "expectations" of some contributors here, but I do believe that it may be that the REAL high returns might be realised by others who provide the facilities for Scancell to progress their IP in the latter part of the commercialisation tunnel.
Seems reasonable to say that simply because IMO it's always better to be pleasantly surprised by investment results rather than disappointed. I'd certainly be really happy to see multi Pound SPs here but that's a very long and speculative way off IMO, although it's not impossible.

So hasiba. What you seem to be saying is that you are of the opinion that RM will soon launch a bid at a higher level than today's closing in order to do what exactly?
If they were to own the company do you see them breaking up Scancell or running it? I'm intrigued. I know what could be done (but I don't support yourhypothesis). So what happens after this bid you talk about?
