What I will say as my last comment on this is that if people feel they can do a better recruitment job than the process Scancell have in place, best they check with Scancell before they start.

So what happens if they are turned down, (but they have misunderstood/had badly explained to them the reasons why) but they have a platform on national TV?
What if they are turned down because the Hospital cannot cope with the workload? Where does that leave Scancell's PR?
Can you think of what might happen?
I reckon before anyone starts going out on a crusade to promote Scancell's Trials perhaps they should get in touch with the Company and see what they think.
Potentially this is a very difficult area and I do believe Scancell should be asked before anyone starts actively recruiting for Scancell.
It's one thing to suggest it to a friend in distress.
It's another to start promoting to people you don't know.

The payoff to RM is when the IP is proven through Trial Data and the ramifications from that.
Since we have trials going live and RM have moved back their CLNs' maturity 2025, should surely cover the immediate benefits revealed by (successful) Trial Data?
Without the data why on earth would we spend the capital required to list in the States? Surely we have our white knight in terms of RM?
This is all quite apart from the "Break" of CLNs generated by US listing (which might be considered should a buyer of the Company decide they'd want to go stateside with Scancell).
I still think that Data is the key here, the rest follows.

Surely any items of news requiring RNS have to be published in the UK during market hours first (unless Scancell had a US listing which is a whole new - expensive - ball game)?

Don't forget that RM were (presumably) happy to extend the maturity of their CLNs to 2025 suggesting that an imminent return for them may not be particularly important. They are specialist investors in this sector so they know the timescales pretty well.

I think there's a tradeoff here between time taken for Data to appear and SP level.
The longer the Data takes ( and FWIW I do believe the key is Data) the greater the likelihood of SP weakness below the level of 16.50 you quote. The main short term support is 13.3 with the medium term support a couple of points down from there So the sooner the better for Data publication.

I agree and simply didn't see your 13.22post until after I'd hit my "Post" button.
We're saying the same thing, and speculation is all that there is before a company's product or service is demonstrably valuable.
It then remains to be seen whether the value in Scancell's shares is seen by investors to be Capital or Earnings based (IE whether Scancell's IP is sold off or kept as a revenue generating business or any mix of the two.

Seems pretty straightforward to me.
Scancell have sufficient funds to get to a point where Data from trials can be produced which will begin to prove whether any or all of the platforms can do what all investors hope they can.
When that Data arrives (if successful) the concrete starts to be poured for financial foundations.
Then the REAL commercialisation starts.

Not sure how anyone could post a positive response to the question, you asked. You identified the actuality of Scancell never having benefitted to the same extent that SAR has. I also fail to understand what part of your post I "Twisted".
As to your charge of negativity; from my post first thing on Monday morning this week,

Scancell have been announcing patents secured for eight years plus but no commercialisation of any patented item. Maybe that's why a new patent has had only limited SP price enhancing effects in the past for Scancell.

Now feeling that we stop being simply a Covid stock and it'll get complicated trying to work out the significance of any news on any Platform.

Maybe that's what cost CH his job, suggesting that Modi1 could sell before any trial started. That would seem to be at deviance from the current CEO's usual apparent desire to get the best possible situation before trials commence.
If that is the case maybe the trial delays are due to views that things could be better before committing.
If that s also the case maybe tha's why we wait and wait and..... well, you know.
Maybe though, tomorrow we get an RNS indicating progress, and that would be good.

If Mewburn aren't currently working for Scancell maybe they should be. IP management in the Commercial sense is something I think Scancell could well benefit from.
I'm sure all we need to see is some positive Data from even one of the platforms for the SP to be more than roused from its rather depressed levels ATM.

To the group who feel that I have no right to challenge posters who make statements which warrant question or comment.
Whatever you might think about underlying groups who are supposedly organised and post in Concert maybe your own conduct makes you see such groups everywhere. I asked Hasiba about a comment he posted. Whether anyone likes it or not I have a right to challenge. I did so only to have several unpleasant and incorrect "observations" made about me personally . None of those comments have any validity. I write as I feel and independently. Its tempting to.make comments about some on this BB but stooping to their level achieves nothing.
I'd just like to say that talk such as we've seen from RW, WTP, and even Chester is untrue impolite and pretty puerile. If people feel the need to scrape about in the gutter to which they've descended I can actually feel sorry for them.
It's a sad place for them to be.
