Thanks for your comments. I believe you make them as a basis for discussion discussion rather than hollow sarcasm.
Firstly i think MD is far from stupid.
Of course in both the 19.5p and others down to 12p Diggle was using his situation to "message". that's why (IMO) we saw nothing when it was initially expected on the falls from late January he could read the writing on the wall.
The signal sent last week was helpful, but seems that it may not be the gold plated guarantee that it was last year.
The market in Scancell shares has and probably will continue to be affected by the Global situation, but there are other factors at work which are driven by Investor Fatigue (remember that one?) as well as fear from those who might be overexposed.
That said, it might be difficult to stem the drift in the SP, but the first sign of Modi trial actually getting underway will help, but the key is still IMO (FWIW) the provision of positive Data.
Now that'll save MD from having to dig too deep IMO.
That's how I see it anyway.

No it isn't but in the context of priority of many people's current thoughts perdicaments and concerns, the performance of Scancell's shares may just have slipped from the top of the list for the time being.
In any case I imagine scancell's development will not be affected and if it is there's sadly precious little anyone can do about it.
Hopefully we'll see some Data IDC.

Yes a longtime ago there was a sale, BUT the most recent DDs by MD were buys which supported the SP. Have a look at the RNS in conjunction with the charts.
BTW how many "Huge Tranches" do you think there were and more importantly at what level?

I doubt that point has been missed by MD. Let's face it you don't want to be in his position, buy a publicised clip of shares only to see the SP smashed immediately below your buy price.
Not to say the SP can't fall again, BUT the MD entrypoint makes sense.

The HA were starting around 16.5 and there was no way a 250K buy would have made any difference - even from MD..

Not really sure that's right.
I think its more to do with trying to concentrate any non compliance with the Official view on a manageable focus, so if you decide (as the compliance team) that there's only one dissenter with multiple aliases it makes it easier to focus the "vitriol" in one place.
I wonder whether those that think that way are starting to believe their own propaganda now....

I will take some issue with your comment,

There are (if historic posts are to be believed) SERIOUSLY overexposed posters here.
These are people who have seemingly had bottomless pockets (some for nearly 10 years).
There were claims of millions of shares being held with averages of c13p and then there were more claims from the same posters of even more purchaes at the 20p+ level.
So the big position holders with averages now well over 13p are seeing their ORIGINAL averages challenged and passed o the downside and with every 1p drop ever more tens of thousands are coming off their portfolios.
Maybe there'll be many more claims of massively successful trades having taken place over the last year and their silence didn't mean that they still hold their massive interests in Scancell.
Yeah, that'll be it.
Back in the real world I believe there will be quite a few (if we believe the claims) who will probably want to relieve themselves of substantial amounts of Scancell shares possibly justifying their actions by thinking about their averages before they added even more at 13p+ over the last year.
Have we seen them all out yet?

Looks to me like there's some who have not a clue as to the possibilities arising from the terrible overnight developments. I can completely understand how they might want to pretend nothing's going on that could in any way affect the UK (particularly AIM) market.
Seems to me there's a reluctance to try to understand what's going on.
Anyway, it's a pretty orderly decline so far.

I'm sorry you felt the need to reply inthe manner you have. Your using the Hells Angels analogy in the context of your own investment strategy was completely irrelevant (and as you mentioned insignificant) to my point. I'm disappointed that you took it that way.
I also thought that your investment strategy had always been "nibbling" Scancell shares to acquire a large holding. Now you announce you're a successful trader. I'm pleased for you but now I see you in a different light.
As to your connection (however oblique) between my analogy and the current Ukraine situation... well... IMO not in the best of good taste.
Perhaps we can agree that my original post was a standalone observation about Vulpes and had nothing really to do with you or your (now changed) investment strategy.
Hope you can see that maybe it wasn't personal even though your posts seemed as if you felt it was.
Anyway, onwards and upwards.
Let's join forces in hoping that the SP "weakness" in Scancell shares is soon reversed and new highs are soon achieved.

The point I was making had nothing to do with an investor such as yourself; unless you feel that you have sufficient clout to stop a sell off of Scancell shares in its tracks.
It was made to show that Vulpes who have stopped weakness in the S P in the past and that was achieved with relatively small purchases backed up and publicised by DD RNSs.
Given the timing of those purchases Vulpes very neatly steadied the SP.
Over the last few weeks the size and ferocity of sales (Hells Angels) weighted against purchases would have needed a great many more hundreds of thousands of shares than Vulpes deployed in earlier operations and so it would have been foolhardy of them to try and stem the flow of sales. They have a reputation to protect.
Since you are merely adding to your own holding, and in insignificant size, to compare your own buys to the Hells Angels analogy is completely irrelevant in that you (sadly) don't have any possibility of stopping the SP rot.
I'm sure you really understand that, but it's unfortunate that you deliberately posted to try and discredit my point.
I'm pleased you were able to buy a few more shares yesterday and today(?) But you really don't matter to the Hells Angels because your buys are for yourself, not like those that people want Vulpes to action which would be designed to stop the bikers. Now they wouldn't necessarily let Vulpe s get away with stopping them and Vulpe s have a reputation to protect.
Hope that puts you fully in the picture that sadly you don't figure in the Hells Angels view of the Scancell world (or any relevance in the point I was attemptng to make).
