Therefore S & G may wish to lodge their case at the court in the time-scale they have with WTG but the SFO may not finish their investigation until long after the courts time-scale for S & G has lapsed. In that case S & G may apply for extensions which can be granted.

As I believe they have taken legal advice then it would be the advice they were given that is wrong. The misfortune there might just be that taking the wrong advice could be perceived as becoming rather habit-forming where S & G are concerned.

The whole question of the bringing of legal proceedings appears to be the sticking point and presumably these will be determined, if possible, after the result of the SFO investigation. I imagine that S & G have an outline case waiting to be submitted and will leave it until the last minute to see how the SFO investigation comes out. Timetables will exist but it is possible to ask a court to extend these for good reasons. Anything is helptul, which is why I do not see the SFO etc as an over-reaching event for us at the moment as it is, effectively, static. Good figures could make a significant contribution to the health of the company. I really cannot believe those funds were buying in expecting this low a price, they must also be disappointed. But either way, none of us affect the outcomes. We are passengers on the (long?) ride, it would seem.

Two good links posted recently featuring IM, both good and positive, verging on feisty. Nice to see some noise coming from Watchstone now, and particularly from IM. Please keep it up, the (long-suffering) faithful need a little reassuring plus new investors need to have something to research a company on and "the CEO says" is a good place to get some detail from. So now we are seeing a slightly more energetic and proactive stance from our CEO hopefully this is the start of the ball rolling as viability becomes clearer for all to see and prospects diminish the, in my opinion, over-stated fear being generated about SFO S & G and YLF, which is, so we are told, years away yet anyway.

Dar-, I've only just seen your post to me, yes, I am a GRRC member and attend both events, plus others at Goodwood every year. My Mazda ALWAYS fails its MOT, but the damned thing is so useful I will not let it go (yet). I have filtered certain contributors here, the one you named is certainly one, just here to massage his ego, and another regular contributor who isn't even half as good as he thinks he is! ;-) I am ignoring today's rise, just increased spread, that's all.

Busy boy indeed, and I had nothing on my agenda but the Goodwood Revival until a few hours ago, things change so quickly in the world of WTG. BTW, Grumpy, old friend... If you do go to that lovely location I recommend don't forget the Hi-Vis gear will you? We wouldn't want the Dear Little Kiddies mistaking you for one of the exhibits, would we? I speak from experience here.....
