RE: RISE FROM GRACE9 Jul 2017 16:35
""If the earliest to go to court is 2019... Then it also means that anytime before 2019 the SFO might declare fraud unfound and the sp will shoot skyhigh....""
The SFO and the S & G cases are seperate and in no way inter-dependant, they even deal with different time periods as I understand it. S & G will almost certainly be unaffected by what the SFO find as S & G's case is concerned with how WTG was presented to them as a viable business and its true valuation. As such if it can be proven it was a viable business, even if the SFO find fraud at QPP, it does not help S & G in any way.
Similiarly, even if the SFO announce no fraud it doesn't alter S & G's claim that the the PSD was "incorrectly" presented.
This will take a long time and the good thing about that is that it is impossible to value the company and its assets accurately during this period, providing, hopefully, some protection from a take over on the cheap.
However, due to the prolonged time-scale of on-going events I am hanging on for my 10pps bargain!
(Yes, anybody using logic can say, "Why 10p? Why not 5p... or 2p?" and they are right, but I picked 10p because I like the sound of it and my extensive, in-depth knowledgeable ongoing research, based on the massive information, regularly provided by the hard-working BoD, leads me to believe it would be quite a bargain and any way, the way things are going..... it just might happen, whereas 5p or 2p? Call me a pessimist if you must, but NO WAY!)
