I certainly believe management have made a serious error by keeping things much too low key for far too long, but I don't think they are actually idiots. Her is the important thing to me.... I apologised twice(!) about my comment because I know I come across as a bit pushy and uncaring, it is not what I mean, I am impatient but I do not want to upset people but even I know I can lack "people skills!" But I made a polite comment to him about his post and was hopeful of a polite response. It is not the first time he has had a bit of a go at me but he has never explained any grievance with me so I know of none. Kest La Vye as the say in France!(Or do they?) As for the young man down the pub, yep, he is nervous, he will effectively be telling skilled workers what to do and it takes a little practice. He'll be alright, but he is going to miss the young female staff down the pub. (Some corkers!) Anyhow, another blue day for WTG. Always good news.
