@TMT & @MDC1 - I know it's not official yet but IMO it's pretty much nailed on that Havieron will be selectively mined (high grade sulphide zone) in the first instance. This is what Peter O' Connor was referring to when he said they would be looking at getting ore from Havieron in the next 18 months hopefully.

Once the exploration decline has been constructed to the top of the sulphide zone then they can begin to mine and extract this while at the same time continuing with defining the breccia and remaining high grade areas from underground.

Once this has been quantified then they can look at the block cave mining infrastructure while still removing the ore using the selective method. This allows Telfer to continue producing uninterrupted while providing a fast ROI for NCM. They will probably be able to finance the block cave infrastructure at Havieron from the FCF that Telfer will be generating especially if the Havieron ore is not subject to the hedging that NCM have at Telfer.

As the block cave infrastructure needs to be completed at the bottom of the orebody it is going to take a number of years before they will be in a position to transition to that operation. The AISC will ultimately be very low as is the case at Cadia but initially I think Hannam & Partners allowed for an AISC in the order of $444 / oz

Hopefully this may help - I can only see 3 of the "red" unreported holes which I've now changed to yellow. IMO all the rest are yet to be reported.

@MFU - I need to check which ones were reported but I think mostly they were infill from "wedge" holes in the SE. There were some of the red ones reported but I would guess that we are still waiting for about 75-80% of them.

I'm not in a position to top-up mate but I would have no hesitation in doing so on pull-backs if I were.

I'm not a trader TBF - I probably could have doubled my holdings over the last three years if I could have perfected the sell at the top and rebuy on the dip. I was always afraid I would miss the stellar rise.

I'm not bothered TBF - as I said it was stress-free. I put a lot of research time in and it's paid off in spades, and as Gervaise says this is just the beginning.
