My takeaway is how relaxed GH was when discussing the Scallywag pending results - no dramas, it's delayed but it's on the way.
What a great year 2021 is gonna be - fantastic

Looks like another day to avoid the LSE board again.

GLA for the AGM today, looking forward to watching GH in full flow. Just a shame we can't all be there in person to observe and retire to the pub afterwards for a sociable debrief.

The website that is hosting the AGM has a notice on there saying the webcast will be recorded so I'm assuming it will be available for playback at a later date.

Let's hope GH throws us a bone before the AGM in the morning but if he doesn't then we already know that we are getting the next set of Havieron results from NCM on Wednesday night - can't wait to see how the Northern & Eastern breccias are shaping up - rather well I suspect seeing as all the drilling activity at present is centred in that area and we know they don't drill holes for fun.

OMG - just back in from a morning out with the missus and it seems like WW3 has broken out.

Has Bobby's prediction come through and NCM have announced that they are packing up shop and walking away or something. I thought not - the price action today is thoroughly to be expected after the run-up last week, if you are prepared to trade this share them you can profit handsomely but be prepared to miss out if something drops out of the blue.

Nobody know Tigger's circumstances and perhaps in hindsight he should have kept schtum about his sell but I think the only thing he is guilty of is being too honest - not a bad trait IMO.

Anyway what's done is done and we are a day closer to the AGM and to the next RNS.

100% - no big deal, it would have been nice but was never a guarantee. We know it's coming sometime in the next week or so.

I would say the box cut will start imminently and Byrnecut are looking for experienced people to begin the portal and decline in the New Year.

I believe Byrnecut already do the UG mining at Telfer so makes perfect sense for them to get the contract to sink the decline.

Believe or not the specialist junior mining funds have had to trim their exposure to GGP over the last few weeks because it has been so successful.
Both Sprott's Junior Mining ETF & Willem Middelkoop's CD Fund have had to reduce because GGP had become such a large part of their funds and they have % rules that need to be adhered to.

The one big one that would be available to us would be the GDX - if we could meet the criteria for that perhaps next year then that would be a big buy.

Probably a bit of both, although I would imagine the clear path to production and the removal of any financial concerns with the Newcrest announcement last Monday would have been the major catalyst for them.
The possibility of GGP running out of cash and getting "dicked" by the market is pretty much gone now and whether we carry on to production (my favoured option) or grow the deposit to the point where our 30% is very valuable and then offer it up, then the II's can see there is a lot more value and potential for us.
Of course if Scallywag is the hit that we are all hoping for then that would be the cherry on top.

Looking at the ownership page on MorningStar today there have been significant changes from even yesterday. There's another MSCI ETF that is showing a position of over 18m shares that wasn't there yesterday and if you look at the institutions page it's showing that Credit Suisse have also taken an nibble alongside Blackrock.

Wow TT - that's a hell of an increase in Telfer's AISC in this quarter. Sandeep must be itching to get the diggers in to start that decline asap. They won't be letting their foot off the pedal on Havieron any day soon.

It will be interesting to see how the day pans out Joe, If NCM stick to last year's format then they should release the interim update on Monday in Oz (day prior to GGP AGM) so we would see that on Sunday night. There's a high probability that their interims will contain the MRE also. They have history for doing this.

Also if GH wants to release at least something from Scallywag prior to the AGM then the window is getting very narrow indeed.

Spot on Farmerlad - Blackrock usually like to get a nice big slice of the pie, only another 2% to go before they need to TR-1.

More & more shares going into sticky hands - can only be a good thing, insert hands under bum and leave them there for the foreseeable future.

All the little pointers are aligning together at the moment IMO - nothing earth shattering from anyone but loads of little snippets from disparate sources all signing from the same hymn sheet - we just need the choir master to bring it all together into a rapturous crescendo.

Correct - those cores were confirmed as Havieron by Gervaise and not Scally.

I think reddirt might be right about the XRF scanner though - it was propped up on an RC sample bag so I'm assuming it was taken during the recent Scallywag drilling. The last time we did RC drilling before that was Black Hills over a year ago.

Anyway - it's all supposition for now although if we were to see cores like that from Scally!!!!! - just saying...
