I am expecting the YES vote to win and the SP to rise.
I can't see the NO votes having much more than 100m because they are made up of LTH'S whose holdings were once large but are now just a small percentage of the shares.
Therefore consolidation and dilution, here we come !

For me it would have been to remove the BOD. None of this waiting for them to come back stuff. Hear what they have to say etc etc. To weak. In my opinion they have had their chance to conclude meaningful deals .
If I had put in hundreds of thousands of pounds in here as some claim to have then a few more grand and a corperate lawyer would have been my route. Plus my time.
However what do I know, I am not invested here , I am just trading for a few days to see if I have read the next few days correctly.

Sadly I think , and it's my view only. If the NO vote wins then they will "Suspend Trading" in VAL shares.
They will do this until they find alternative funding or Not , as the case may be.
We have to be careful what we wish for.
The shareholder group so far has achieved Nothing. To much pussy footing around in my opinion. Should be playing hard ball .

The Market Cap here is stuck around the £1m mark. Like many conpanies on AIM that have been beaten down they seem to settle around the 1m market cap area.
What next ?
My guess is a NO vote win could be the final nail in the coffin. If you believe some of the comments on here.
Personally I don't actually see the SP falling from here as there does not seem to be much left for the valuation to fall.
A YES vote in my opinion would send the market cap up to my target price of around £2m as the market would price in survival. So that would double the SP from todays prices.
My thoughts only, make up your own mind.

AIM investing-
For investing and not trading on AIM I have a number of boxes that need to be ticked.
However the 3 "must have's" are:
1) Directors to hold at least 10% of shares which includes purchases with their own money.
2) The net asset value of the business is at least double the market cap.
3) The business plan is showing there to be the likely-hood of an event that will substantially increase turnover and profits.

Loads of it , being posted on this board.
Throwing insults gets you ? Nowhere.

A very sincere post which must sum up the feelings of many here.
I wish you all the best.
I also appologise to LTH's if my "tom foolery" sometimes have upset them. I was just trying to bring a littls light hearted humour to the board. My situation here was that I was invested at one point for just over £20k and was Lucky, yes Lucky to be able to sell out on the spike to 7p. Just luck as I nearly held on.
Lets hope there is a favourable solution here for Investors as well as cancer sufferers.

The last accounts show a net asset value of £1.3m With just over £300k being added in the first 6
months of 2019. If they added another £300k or more in the last 6 months of 2019 then the net asset value will jump to over £1.6m at the end of 2019. We could see a small rise off that . Any big move up will only come when they can start adding big numbers to the NAV annually. Maybe in a year or so. Just my thoughts .
