The likely scenario is the virus will recede over the summer and could return when the Autumn arrives. If it mutates it could return stronger.
Governments are looking to slow the pandemic now so that they are in a better position , with a vacine , to defend against it's return . I believe that they will have a vacine in less than 12 months. Possibly for early winter . A bit like the annual flu vacine.
A new flu vacine is produced each year. To produce these vacines is a lot quicker and easier than creating new cancer beating drugs, for example. There route to market is also less comolex.

An example of what will happen in oil production too if this gets much worse.
You are right it takes 6 billion people to burn 100m bpd , however it takes only a tiny fraction of this figure to produce 100m . If the fear becomes reality then these peoole along with all of us will run the gauntlet.

The market is fearing the worse, However -
Surely if the scare from the coronavirus is justified and many get sick then this alone will effect world oil production negatively.
Human beings are needed to manufacture and produce things. How can you produce oil if your workforce are going down sick ! The answer is you can't ! Surely this becomes a doubled edged sword . The market is focusing on a slump in demand without looking at how production may also suffer !

Last figures released in Sept 2019 showed Net asset Value of Enquest at circa 1.1 billion.
With the recent numbers in the ops-update I think we will see this move up to 1.4 billion for end of 2019.
For end of 2020 we could be nudging up closer to 2 billion. That's why I feel the 60p party is now seriously on the horizon !

I am forecasting debt to be down to 1.00 - 1.10 billion by year .
I see this as the greatest % likely-hood. Obviously if POO jumped up to around $80 and held this level we could see debt come in just below 1 billion for 2020. Likewise if POO held around $55 For a long while we could see 1.2 billion.
Production will have an influence too , although I see less risk for volatility here.

Once it's accepted that US share has had it's day POO will rise.
What FCF for 2020 if POO moves over $70 For H2 2020 ?

I think you are wrong to assume POO will be lower for 2020. To early in the year to claim that.
