TheGoldenDragon,
Yes it has been a long wait.
Like you I feel we will see that party later this year. I did speak to IR a year or two ago about the party and got a very positive reception. I Will contact Enquest and start the planning when we get to around the 50p mark.
I have always believe that Enquest is a "winner" it's just had more hoops and herdles to get through than I originally expected.
All the best

zebbo - Your numbers are flawed !
Net asset value of the business is just over $1 billion as of half year 2019 results published in Sept (that's assets minus debt)
Now as at year end 2019 we will have to wait for the full results - which are out in March. However I have a view that the net asset value will have gone up to 1.3 billion or more.
A poultry 400m market cap is only a fraction of what the company is worth !
The NAV continues to rise and I see a MC eventually of 1 billion or 60p - then the party ! Who's coming .
I will ask AB/Enquest to contribute torwards the party. Maybe get somone along to do a little talk and then pay for the lunch, after shaking all of our hands and thanking us for our years of continued support and loyalty !
All the best
January
You can find out the names of the shareholders of a public company through several resources. If you wish to find out the names of large shareholders of a public company that has filed with the SEC, you can find this information by searching EDGAR, the SEC's Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval System.
Hope this helps .
Well I can't see the rig count rising now which means NO new shale wells being drilled.
I do see the shalers pumping like crazy to keep their revenue up because of the fall in POO.
Result = short term rise in US production followed by a steep decline later this year. Indeed this recent fall in the oil price , I believe will put the final nail in the coffin of US production .
So yes GUYS short term a bit more pain but later I think we will get close to $100 oil in a year or so.
Heidhoncho,
Has one of your earlier posts been removed ?
IF so I wonder why .
I can't find your post where you say keep it simple there are only 3 resolutions that are important. The vote on these is key tac arc. On my screen this post has been removed !
Fred,
What if the BOD tell you/agree to putting in say £20k each - will you back off ???
OR maybe £30k , how about £40k.
Surely this is rubbish and rather silly in terms of objectives !
Surely the first question you need to ask yourself is "do I trust/believe them ???
The answer to that then determines what you do and what your objectives are !
I liked Heidhoncho's earlier post - It made sense to me !
Just to add.
An obvious possibility could be - "if you don't agree to pass the dilution then we have no access to funds and it's game over"
What will you do if you are told this ?
You must cover all the bases.
Indeed I would suggest that you need a plan to possibly take over the business.
Human nature is to talk tough at the begining and then weaken one's "resolve" as the days pass.
This is what human beings do !
IF YOU fall into this trap then I fear they will "walk over you".
You must have clear defined objectives and stick to them.
Most of you are just too "nice".
You have nothing to fear ! Be strong and don't get "palmed off" with false promises. Get it in writing.
ALL THE best to holders and those trying to do the best by shareholders.
I hope pride and a good turnaround in the business will ensure that they keep their listing in London.
All the best.
I will post if and when I buy.
The next reults could be a game changer for the SP.
Still a risk though.
Hi CJ66,
Yes I saw the drop. Still watching.
Well done for the good buy
1) Surely if you are unhappy at the current BOD's performance in delivering shareholder value. Then your first objective must be to remove them.
2) Secondly you need to arrange for an independent specialist to "crawl over" the product data of VAL 201/401 etc to determine once an for all what value is actually there !
3) Maybe this specialist could be the new CEO.
Just some "off the cuff"thoughts guys. I am sure you will go your own way. Best of luck.
