The share price is now below the company issue price of 0.10p.
What are the legal implications of this ?
Does this now stop further dilution ?
Surely a consolidation is in order to get the SP back above the 0 10p issue price.
Can someone please confirm the stock market rules here !

From memory we were 1475 at half year (end june).
Minus 30m per month debt reduction since June gives circa 1300 - 1350 year end !
Or have I missed some grey matter here ?

Even if you take Tom's model. He is confirming debt will be down to 1 billion or less at end of 2020.

Debt end of 2019 around 1.30b to 1.35b
Minus Tom's 360 gives a 0.94b to 1.00b for end of 2020.

If that's the pessimistic forecast then I'm a "happy bunny".
Personally I see fcf at 500m

Sadly Spin the bottoms that have a support are not in a very good shape. As for picking the bottom. I have no problem picking mine !

Nothing has changed this is a healthy pull back in my opinion. A sell off due to the fall in POO has been exagerated by some selling and "stops" being triggered..
We are still reducing debt daily and making great fcf.
Our update in February and full year results in March should ensure our share price rise continues.

I am sure the last couple of years have been a roller coaster of a ride for AB and the board, as well as us.
We need stability and to form a strong base first, before we should consider further expansion. The times of "flying by the seat of our pants" are over. Structured planned growth will come after the market has been convinced of our longevity !

If I remember correctly anything up to 5 metres is possible. 5 metres and above is a No No.

I think we will see more than 40p by year end 2020. Should have debt down to around 1billion and I see valuation around the same level 1b which equates to a 60p Share price.
As for now, i am expecting the share price to stabilize very soon , around the 30p level awaiting further good news When it comes we should continue our march to 40p and beyond.

Nice Repairer spike today. Reminds me of a few years ago when the SP more than doubled in 6 weeks from mid Dec to end of January.. lets hope it does it again this time.

3 day mourning is not over yet !
His body needs to be returned to Iran and then another day mourning, which will be in his home town - then it's over ! (Monday night)
If your waiting for a "Iran retaliation" then it is likely to be after the mourning/funeral.
The Arabic mentaility is "tit for tat" ( remember last summer, we took their tanker in Gibralter and they then took one of ours) - so I would guess they will attempt to hit a high ranking US military man or politician along with "poking " at American bases in the Middle East.
