If Atlantic can just squeeze out elevra then why are we mentioning arbitration for $6m? Is the $6m part of what elevra should’ve contributed to optimisation? This isn’t as black and white as everyone thinks it is. If the $6m was for advancing the project and was supposed to be part of the upfront $70m we can’t take them to arbitration as they haven’t committed yet. Lucas Dow saying they have a great relationship with Atlantic was more of a ‘we don’t want to do this to you but we will’ as opposed to please to do this to us.

I’ll wait to see what’s said in the quarterly can kicking.

It’s not like they’ve had 2 years to decide how the mine will be built! The price went to 7p after a 33p bid. It’s low because the market doesn’t believe in its success currently, elevra are a black cloud hanging over all this. MIIf deal was none binding so that deals probably starting from scratch. Offtake negotiations probably stalled because of the uncertainty. There’s also £20m dilution lurking around like a bad smell. CEO barely holds any but earns £220k a year. Thats why it’s low and can easily drop lower. If they can’t come up with anything next week then its sub 13.5p. Let’s see what, if anything is up their sleeve…

I was hopeful of an assore buyout, they’re probably sat back with popcorn now laughing. Let the board c*ck it up and take us out cheap at around 20p.

I said elevra will be a probably and everyone ignored it, not trying to lower the price the board is doing that.

Have a look at the last 5 days, 1 month, pumped and dumped. Repeat history over the last 5 years. Anticipation of RAT and the lithium market has helped it up. Now RATs done the biggest hurdle is up and it looks like the board doesn’t know how to jump it. Have a look past the end of your nose.

Look at the past, it’s been pumped and dumped repeatedly for years. Long term investing here hasn’t worked. Elevra uncertainty overhanging, when they pull out its going to take a beating. No big IIs are going to be touching this until funding is sorted which could take 6 months-a year or longer with this boards track record. Further dilution will occur to keep things moving. All the big shareholders that are invested now were invested when it dropped to single digits, arguably a bit of support in the high 13s but if that goes I think it has a lot further to go.

Funny how it drops right before the week of an RNS, probably out Monday. Somebody knows nothing is in the update. Warrants about to expire, pension fund won’t be happy they didn’t get more shares. Boards looking incompetent now. Another £60k earned by Keith this quarter, I wonder if the update will tell us what he’s spent it on?

Keep telling yourself that. Market knows this is cooked, buyout is the only hope.

Piedmont made the deal, $70m was based on taking the % up to 50%. Now with the government of Ghana involved and potentially MIIF it becomes 40.5%. So they’re paying the same for 9.5% less. Elevra didn’t make this deal and Lucas Dow clearly doesn’t like it.

No chance now Paul, any potential bidders will be waiting for the board to mess it up before bidding. Perhaps get a bid around 20p if we’re lucky.

The board issued warrants for MIIF at a higher price, never got exercised. They relied on ratification and probably elevra committing to the project, it’s now backfired. Once again showing their naivety. It doesn’t matter though, they still get paid.

I was right about elevra though no?

If they accepted the recent offer, assore would have countered. Could’ve been sat at 35-40p right now.
