They’ve been in ‘good faith negotiations’ since October 2025 for the $6m. They only contribute 22.5% to the project but have a 50% split on the JV committee. We can clearly see who’s in control here and it’s not us. Deciding to change the pathway of the project is was a ridiculous idea, project was already commercially viable at low levels even with $1000 floors like we’re seeing in other offtakes. Speaking of offtakes? No comment.

Even I dare say the signs are looking positive, any rise will still be sold into by long state. We need some progressive news on discussions and optimisation to really break out. Clarity is needed.
