Makes so much sense to me, elevra will get £16.25m if we get bought out for 50p. Sell their 22.5% to assore at the same time for $50-100m and it’s looking like a good bit of business for them, doubling their cash position and strengthening their negotiations for NAL expansion funding. Failing that we get bought out and they get pressured out by assore.

What does it tell the markets?

It’s a no brainer from an Atlantic shareholder point of view, does it align with elevras intentions and the expansion of its own projects as to where they direct capital? Why aren’t they stumping up the $6m if they’re so keen to get things moving now we have RAT? They didn’t RNS ratification to their shareholders.

They definitely lose their 22.5% stake if they don’t fun the first $70m.

If/when elevra pull funding it will redistribute value back to us at the expense of delays and dilution, we need to capitalise on this current lithium market. Assore being the obvious stand in suitor, have we got a plan B? I hope so.

I’m interested why after 5/6 months we haven’t found a partner for cotes, I’d of thought assore would’ve jumped at the opportunity. They can be shut out of their only lithium play if someone takes us out.

Still chance of that @L0ngterm when elevra don’t cough up 😉

Depends, better grades and closer to surface we might decide to mine that first. It’ll make start up production easier and quicker.

This is one of those stocks you don’t have to worry about, capable hands. When the block listing warrants are finished we’ll have another £3.2m in the bank, got to be getting closer.

Im guessing final beehive results by the end of April and jorc upgrade in may. Funding must be close, this quarter as well? Or could potentially be pushed into next. Where are all these institutions that Mike said were interested…

Assore still have a role to play, why not make their best offer? What have the got to lose? Start a bidding war and get more money for their shares? Have the bid accepted and buy a great project?
