It dropped to mid 13s, retested upper 14s and has been rejected. Pension funds warrants will lapse at the end of the month = less funding. Long states shares underwater. No sign of money/interest from elevra. I don’t imagine we would sell before MIIF have secured their stake as it could freeze out them out due it it being non binding unless there’s a clause in the sale. Unless they were the interested party. You can’t deny they need to drop news, investors seeing gains elsewhere will ‘soon/shortly’ lose patience here.

I might be interpreting it wrong but I’d say he’s talking about the DFC

He didn’t specifically say DFC, it was one of the last interviews.

News has to come next week, this is going to start drifting further with people selling up and making money elsewhere.

Mike said the DFC have taken their eye off the ball with the war, those are obviously our chosen partners but this is business. AFC to fund phase one, take a stake in bres. DFC phase 2.

Canaccord genuity increased their target of 34p to 37p on the day of the trading halt, after they helped with valuing the proposed takeover. I imagine that’s to within 10-20% of the actual bid price.

Finish line is years away, knowing this board they’re probably only just realising they need to sort financing. Optimisation started October 2024, 17 months ago. They do everything at a glacial pace.

I’m all good, I do wonder why nobody else questions the price performance on a day everything is bouncing.

It went from 10p-19p on no news before the asx asked for an explanation. After that it drifted down toward placing price and then the RNS landed, hit placing price and spiked back to 18/19p for RAT. 2 days after RAT were down 20% in a day. Normal trading behaviour on news we’ve waited the past 2 years for? Now we can’t hold a poxy 2% rise on the best day the markets seen for 5/6weeks.

The market knows well before any of us, if this was a takeover NDA they’d know. Whatever news is in the pipeline isn’t that special otherwise we’d see significant price movement like we did with the last takeover attempt. They knew days before the placing and the share price drop towards it. A lot of shares are rallying today but Atlantic isn’t. Ask yourself why, when we know it’s a leaky ship.

Expand a producing asset or risk capital in a start up project? I’m only holding for a buyout, don’t believe they get this to production without major hurdles maybe due to past experiences. Do find it odd that rock stock haven’t caught up with them recently which does probably prove up an NDA in place.

Hardly a good thing for a company to have no funding and access to £20m in dilution. Lithium prices are propping up the share price here.

Pull funding, further delays = 20m more dilution to be forced to use.

Sherif, unfortunately the outcome of the war will dictate the price over the week here. Deadline tomorrow and a ceasefire highly unlikely at this point. The longer it goes on with delays to shippings has a major knock on effect. Market instability just gives elevra more time to drag it out as well, an excuse to delay.

Any update falls on deaf ears with this war other than a buyout obviously.
