Is it me or is that deal terrible. They’re also providing $15m to a Syrah subsidiary. $46m in total valuing producing Syrah at $230m, one of the worlds largest graphite mines.

50p would be 85% of our Npv nearly, never going to happen. I’ve probably wished it in the past but it’s time to be realistic. 40p is about 65%, which you could argue with the exploration upside, cotes and feldspar. Considering we’re currently relying on elevra who’s showing no commitment that’s a very good price. Ganfeng paid about £375m for 65% of a resource nearly 3x ours. 30-40p its time for the board to accept, sell it to assore keep your jobs and cash in.

Imagine for a second you were still in this stock, the board has had their finger up their arse for the past 2 years and you get the all elusive ratification only to find out the board quite enjoys fingerin* their arse. No interview or clarity on what’s to come.

It would actually be cheaper for assore to buy elevras 22.5% stake and take on the $70m.

In terms of NPV are you calculating it based on our 40% or on the whole project?

All we have are signs of a recovering lithium market, a DFS and a mining license. With £20m worth of dilution. I guess all I’m really trying to say is get it sold before it gets ugly.

TR1s have all been caused by diluting our main shareholder.

No clarity on MIIF being due to land.

$12 not $16m the rest are milestone warrants that aren’t in the money.

It’s a good job we haven’t been working on all that for the last 2 and a half years since the MIIF announcement. I doubt we would even sell the company without sorting MIIFs stake out first either unless there was a clause.

Great advice from someone that’s not been here since theironridge days. This 5 year long term mindset has landed us back where we started with more shares in issue, 3 takeover bids turned down, a DFS that needs revising, a non committed partner, no funding and no offtakes.
