I also noticed after scrolling down a name on the share register… Sumitomo Corporation, they started selling down around April 22 around the time of the tweet that said multiple parties had inquired about buying the company perhaps they were shut down in talks? , this is also around the time of assore buying more shares. They have a subsidiary called sumitomo metal mining that is active in the lithium space. Could they be back?

What makes the most sense to me is assore buys Atlantic and then assmang (assore owns50%) buys out elevras 22.5% stake in ewoyaa. Something along them lines anyway, together the financial backing is there.

Can’t see assore buying any more shares, there isn’t much point taking their holding over 30% to trigger a mandatory bid. If they want this done they’ll be doing it quietly, assessing upcoming news and catalysts while negotiating their best offer.

This war pushes the ev/bess narrative, shows how reliant the world is on oil. It should cause a scramble to mop up critical minerals especially lithium, so if something like this ever happens again the world doesn’t sh*t its pants. There’s only two people on that board with a significant holding, most people on this chat hold more than Keith muller. We’re heading sub 15p today, any delays in funding and we go below 10p and the buyout price drops with it.

The board need to grovel to assore for an offer. If the last offer was 40p+ it should have been presented to us, high high chance it wouldn’t have passed because of the weight of assores holdings but at least it would’ve forced them to counter bid.
