I think the only way elevra step up is if we’ve gone for as mentioned - joint funding debt solution or some giant has interest in the full capacity offtake. Short of that I don’t think they want it or can afford it. MIIF were invited to participate in the offtake for Atlantic lithiums share, only valuable to them if they process it which would be a long way away.

More chance platting p*ss, surely. Haven’t got the cash, merger would be the only way but they’d have to dilute their shareholders massively to buy us out. Assore have got the best hand, I’d be surprised if they don’t play it.

I wouldn’t say considerably higher, broker note of 37p could’ve been about the range. Even if it was 30p it would be a good idea to get them round the table to show them everything they need to, say it was ganfeng for example it lets them know they’re open to a sale whereas if they flat out reject it it looks like it’s not. Also let’s assore know we’re seriously listening to offers, you could’ve missed the chance so pull your finger out.

If optimisation is done why aren’t we giving it to shareholders?

Money talks. All we have access to currently is £20m in dilution, that’s why we’re sub 15p and could still drift. Grab elevra and MIIF by the balls and get it done.

Longterm where is your unwavering faith in elevra coming from?

How is funding happening? Elevra are only committing 22.5% and MIIF aren’t in yet. Debt funding negotiations won’t be taking place without optimisation so if we go that route it could be 6 months down the line. We don’t know how good the offtake deal is going to be.

I love your optimism longterm, if only all that was guarenteed! We’ll find out next week if this is support or resistance. It’s a quick run down to 10/11p of it can’t hold it.

Massive crash.

Potential is fantastic, ewoyaa could double, cotes could be as big as ewoyaa. The dark cloud over the share price is the funding, we can’t unlock any potential without being a functioning mine or having financial backing.

I really don’t see optimisation moving the share price all that much, everyone knows this mine could function at $1,000 spod price. It will strengthen the fundamentals in an eventual sale but there’s no guarantee it’s sold.

Elevra & MIIF where are you?

I really believed in this 5 years ago, we should’ve been producing now. The whole RAT saga shook my faith in this boards ability and lack of action the past couple of years. Holding for a buyout but I’m not sure the board will accept the right price, 40p would be an incredible offer.

Prem highlights the challenges that can be faced with start up, kod seem to be getting their feet on the ground now and still only £70m even with current spod prices. We’re 18 months away from production minimum.

Unfortunately Ghana and other African countries have damaged the sentiment here for the time being, still so many hurdles to jump between now and production most notable elevras lack of commitment. There’s bound to be other delays, look at what happened to prem and kod. Good project on paper, a lot of derisking to do. Gina sticks to safer jurisdictions.

This doesn’t break 30p for the next 2 years without a buyout, the best we can all hope for here is an assore offer.
