When people mention “no talk” and “no due diligence”, they’re usually referring to exclusivity provisions inside the SID:

* No talk = the target company can’t negotiate with rival bidders.

* No due diligence = the target can’t give competing bidders confidential information or access for diligence.

* Sometimes there’s also no shop = the target can’t actively seek other offers.

13% isnt so bad, some projects see 30%+ free carry. The royalty rate and tax relief makes up for the 3%. We really need to take advantage of this lithium market and get the restructure signed off.

No need for games, there’s a lot of selling pressure here from warrants and now Zeus. The shares now 50% away from last weeks 4.5p.

Predominantly the 2p warrants that expire soon, selling before Zeus flood the market with their shares.

I think the fees owed will be ironed out, once elevra know what their final stake will be they will cover their fair share. I don’t think theyre happy paying 50% for things when they will only end up with 40.5% if MIIF come on board (obviously they’ll have to cover their share of gov free carry) or 30% in event of a restructure. If they don’t commit do they have a leg to stand on and do we even bother with arbitration since they will end up with nothing?

Pressure is mounting on them with the lithium prices.

Zeus haven’t sold 12 million yet, this is probably just warrant holders so far. 12m @ 3p is £360,000. £4m has been wiped off the mcap in less than 2 days.
