Very bad divorce deal for Remainco Pokerchips Intangible assets and debt seems like negative to me whereas the other party gets lease liabilities that they have sub letted nearly half and most of the TANGIBLE assets enough said now

Moniman the bottom line for me is MM got the internals at CON Campus kitted out at no cost to him now a huge chunk of that is on Ingenuitys books on the basis of Ingenuity taking 298 mill in lease liabilities but now there's a 102 mill extra unexplained line in Remainco's lease liabilities

I posted my distain about this free kitting out for the landlord 18 months ago and MM wasn't very happy about it to say the least

Cong IMO Ingenuity should be paying Remainco back for all that equipment they originally paid for should of been done in installments or get rid of that 102 mill line from lease liabilities and reduce what's left to pay back to Remainco just my opinion

Pokerchips seems like a fair deal on Trade Receivables and Payables at 1st glance but then you take the 94 mill raise money into account and it looks like Remainco's lost another 70 mill
