I brought this up with Stephan in an email back in March and the reply came back
Hi James,
It’s primarily the “job” of Mirriad’s partners to work with the SambaTVs of this world. They own the inventory, so they are the ones who need to put data in place that prove the value.
Agencies/advertisers set up their measurement architectures too (including partnerships), because they must verify and consolidate the results.
Our role is to push the SambaTVs etc. to include in-content in their roadmaps at the earliest point, so they ideally have a solution in place, when our partners/when advertisers ask them.
Again, I hope this makes sense.

I think the March roll out with WBD could of been the catalyst or it's been in the partners roadmap for a couple of years like Magnite announcement with United Airlines that the United Airlines guy admitted they'd been keeping it secret for over a year and that was just a tie up with them and Marriot to have a glass of wine waiting for them not scalable VPP which must of taken a lot of sorting out hopefully this SCALABLE measurement announcement by Mirriad and Magnites tie in with Nielsons Gracenote the other day to sort out rights will be the final tweaks LOTM
