New RNS inbound ahead of it ? 🤔

Not sure why these running commentary type of RNS get issued by ECR for public consumption. More likely to get the other parties backs-up and create divisions than to aid sale completion in my view. Furthermore seems ECR likes making references to hot news commodities (latest being Antimony, previously it was Helium), which comes across somewhat as for SP pumping.

I don’t know maybe it’s too many cooks with different Mgt styles spoiling the broth set-up? Something just don’t sit right.

Strangely worded RNS in my view…..it makes readers focus too much on the very low value of 9ppm Au as stated in the highlights section, rather than to be focused on the highest Au and Nb grade values that were achieved (e.g. 1245ppm for gold and 1650ppm for Nb)…..not that these highest grade values achieved were anything special to write home about. Hence expecting the market to be unimpressed….

The flip side viewpoint of this Director buy could be that it would not be a good look for him as an insider if it comes just before news is published that raises the SP significantly….Hence perhaps the upcoming news will be neutral for the SP at best? Just offering a different perspective for balance here.

For Group Eleven to already be declaring their future stonepark focus will be on the same area where the recent drilling was undertaken, for which the formal lab assay results remain awaited would seem to me to be positive news. What have they found from their in-house assessment, etc to pre-emptively be stating this path forward? 🤔

Anyway the begging bowl will be out again in the coming few weeks before the AGM as is their norm…will do well to get the placing away at 0.4p in todays tough market for financing.

I agree about the next placing when needed should be targeted to be done in Canada….They have an excellent rule over there regarding “four months holding period” before placing shares can be sold which greatly helps to mitigate any related selling overhang. However I am not sure that Turner Pope has the necessary overseas contacts / credentials ? Actually I would now be expecting OMI Management to actively start looking for one of the proper tier 1 international scale brokers in the mining space to be coming on board here either as the sole broker or at least jointly with TP. This topic well worth raising by investors with OMI Mgt at next investorQ&A event which should be coming up fairly soon.

Every miner has to be actively addressing for asset replenishment/growth to offset the ongoing depletion of their existing assets. Having more than a decade of proven reserves currently established for mining has CAML placed in a comparatively good position versus their peers. They have no debt and are gradually building up their cash balance (over and above the dividend payment funds) to support for future growth investments. With CAML there is a perceived geographical location risk factor that gets somewhat reflected in their SP, but this could soon be significantly mitigated if the Ukraine war comes to an end within 2025 now we are on Trump’s watch. Courtesy of KilconaVC who has just posted over on the Canadian BB something very interesting that no one seems to have commented about over on here today…..namely that the drilling locations for the next two holes (PEP-023 and 024) are being shown on the Figure 2 of today’s RNS and they are surprisingly located far over to the west side beyond the TS fault line……now what’s peeked their interest way over there I wonder…..🤔

Interim Management Statement due this Friday (7th Feb)…..Going to be interesting to see what they have to say about the Outlook For The Year Ahead……I expect the word “uncertainties” to be getting plenty of use to cover their a r ses.

Namibia results from RECO have just been issued…..Make of it what you will…..Their SP is currently down circa 12% on the Canadian TSXV exchange, so the market doesn’t seem impressed. Therefore it’s unlikely to help 88E with any nearology SP pump.

Has to give news or a speeding ticket…….heads or tails…….place your bets

Lots of posters keep mentioning that Riverfort is ongoing selling their holding or part thereof.

There is no evidence I can find to show that this is happening and I am much more inclined to believe that they are not selling.

My view is based on Riverfort having been a long term non-selling cornerstone MFAI (and previously as PIRES) stock holder, with Nicholas Lee being a Mgt representative of both the Companies. Pertinent RNS that refer to Riverfort’s share holdings are summarised as follows that seems to back-up this non-selling viewpoint:

14th Jan 2025 TR-1 showing their latest published holding status being at 42,979,737 shares. This appears to reflect the INCREASE in their holding as a result of the Loan note they had obtained that has been converted to shares as was outlined in the previous 24th Dec 2024 RNS regarding the placing, loan notes re-profile & portfolio update. It would appear from this relatively small increase in their share count (42,979,737 from 38,228,393 = 4,751,344 shares added) that it captures only for the Loan note conversion and that they did not partake directly in this latest placing.

The 24th Dec 2024 RNS stated that Riverfort were holding 38,228,393 shares (prior to the loan note conversion shares being added to the count).

Going way back to the Pires 1st August 2022 RNS (placing, related party transactions, issue of warrants and directors dealings) it is stated that the Riverfort holding was at 38,228,393 shares.

Hence they had fully retained their share holding for the 2.5 years period from Aug 2022 to Dec 2024. So with the latest positive AI sector etc related developments being seen for MFAI I am struggling to believe that Riverfort would now become an impatient seller and miss out on the likely long term positive SP outcome. DYOR.

Last three years:

19th Jan 2022 = Placing (500K)………nine days later………28th Jan 2022 = AGM

3rd Feb 2023 = Placing (300K)………..thirteen days later….16th Feb 2023 = AGM

12th Feb 2024 = Placing (375K)………two days later……….14th Feb 2024 = AGM

Anyone seeing a pattern…..The 2025 AGM is scheduled for 6th March 2025. This is later in the year than the previous three. Perhaps it is being timed to allow for the BP drill results to arrive to hopefully pump the SP before Peterhouse do their thing again just prior to the AGM.

You’re not wrong SD2019, although if results were expected to come imminently (this week?) then I wonder why would they have bothered to change the timing to be before end February. They likely got some latest status feedback from the assay lab before issuing todays RNS and the updated timing statement reflects it.

Was expecting the Brunton Pass drilling results to give some much needed positive momentum to the SP within January, but todays RNS mentions that results are now being forecast by end February.

Mind you….Trump will be 79 this year….🙄

At age 79 they need to get this scam done quickly before Moore KTB….
