Is there anyone on the BB with Colombia land rights knowledge that can shed any light on what the terminology of “landholding” means as is being used in slide 8 of the latest presentation?

I can envisage it’s a leasing type arrangement with a long term expiry date that is assigned specifically for metals exploration/mining/processing purposes, and that there are indigenous “landowners” of these Orosur (MA and MMA) assigned tenements who will be getting financially compensated.

Furthermore, I am particularly interested in the context of Orosur’s recent tweet where they refer to “landowners”. My assumption would be that these “landowners” when they are referring to the quartz blocks area to the south of PEPAS, is that they are located within the boundary footprint of the Orosur assignment tenements, as that would make sense to be the key reason why the “landowners” would bother to show them to the Orosur field staff and the staff were interested to spend their precious time (hence money) taking a closer look at these quartz blocks.

Is this the consensus of opinion of others here that have read the Orosur posting, namely that these quartz blocks are within the Orosur assigned tenements ?

Wood Group is a big old house that seems to turn up new issues every time it’s viewed, as it does not seem to have been well maintained by the recent occupiers. Still nervously awaiting for the surveyors report to see what that turns up.

As a warning to a buyer of the risks involved with big old houses, there is another one nearby called Petrofac that has seen even more serious issues being progressively discovered in recent years and now is close to demolition with its last hope resting on a planned rescue re-development.

There is a Telfer/Havieron nearology queue of junior explorers forming at GGP’s door with their begging bowls LOL……Antipa, Artemis, Wishbone, etc.

GGP are extremely busy with more than enough to be getting on with in the next decade or two by just focusing solely on their already owned assets in the Telfer region.

If there is to be any begging bowl that has a small chance of getting some filling sometime in the future from GGP it would be Antipa considering that GGP has already secured some noteworthy holdings in their stock & exploration assets as a result of the recent purchase of the Telfer region assets from Newmont.

Hence in my opinion there is zero chance of GGP being interested in getting involved with Wishbone’s Red Setter tenement, particularly at its current preliminary extent of exploration status.

Pumpers/Dreamers here need to try harder.

This small insider purchase (first one we’ve seen in 2025) gives us useful info in as much as it tells us that there is not currently a closed period for any reason(s) that we are not aware of.

Few posters on here had been predicting imminent takeover, but that clearly ain’t happening in the near term. So in that sense this small purchase unless it’s followed up with more substantial insider buys from CEO etc in coming days/weeks is to me more of a negative than positive sign.

Noteworthy that the CEO who was a regular buyer on the open market in recent years has not bought a bean since 30th Aug 2024 nearly 7 months ago, despite the “bargain” share price.

Could go much lower here if recession kicks in hard in their main markets as many predicting.

The UAE weekend basis was changed back in 2022. They now do a half day on Friday which runs until Noon local time. Being that the UAE is 4 hours ahead of UK it is currently 11.25 am locally and so there is still time for a takeover news RNS to land in the coming hours.

Actually when talking about the current comparative market caps of the two Companies it gives Brad & team around x20 to aim for…..go for it !!

Status in summary as I see it :

- Good grades including for the silver.

- Close to surface could be beneficial for an open pit set-up.

- Intersect lengths seem reasonable (however it is unclear from RNS what are the true widths).

The Asset size, etc needs to be established from lots more drilling + Metallurgical testing needed to define the mined ore processing requirements. Overall this opportunity looks to have potential for commerciality and I shall be watching GSCU with interest as the story unfolds.

Yes great to see an OMI financing being done in Canada for the first time. It shows there is strong interest growing in Orosur from one of the worlds main knowledgeable mining investor market hubs. Striking whilst the iron is still hot from the PDAC event.

Going forwards for any future financings this undertaking should act to keep both the UK (Turner Pope etc) and Canadian Brokers “honest” and on their toes to not try & impose high discount rates etc, as they will now likely be in competition for which of the two markets will get the placing work. Hence in future we should foresee low discount rates applied (or dare I say even being done at premium rates, which happens sometimes when investor demand is high).

Richard Belcher is not a new face. Tertiary just re-arranging their team deckchairs. Maybe Cheetham is planning on moving to a non exec role from current position sometime soon and Belcher promotion is in readiness? Watch out for any similar moves coming along at SRES 🤔

Did previously warn that the joint broker coming on board late last year could mean that a placing was on the way shortly and sure enough here it is. Although they have done ok to get it away at 7p without needing warrants, which would have caused a far worse selling overhang.

If your OMI mgt and you’ve arranged your first significant Company PR communications events for 2025 during the next fortnight via PDAC attendance and the 26th Feb (noteworthy it’s set at 5pm UK time so that Canada reps are also able to easily attend) investors webinar, then it’s highly likely that the aspects to be discussed at both of them will be positive…..nay I would foresee them not just being positive but because at PDAC there is lots of peer competition fighting for getting the most attention with their pre-event news releases, then potentially as Michael Caine once famously said then we could get “you’re only supposed to blow the bloody doors off!!” news.

To have a high degree of assurance for the ongoing positivity of the latest news, Mgt would be getting regular key updates from the site team (e.g. pics of core visuals, portable XRF readings, etc) ahead of receipt of the next batch of assay results which are likely to be RNS’d to market shortly before the upcoming PDAC/Webinar events.

Folks need to just sit back patiently and let this life changer stock story play out.

I have noticed some recent postings on here and ceo.ca about the Canadian Exchange listing basis. For those unaware there is some noteworthy history with OMI on this matter, namely that the Company was previously TSX listed and subsequently transferred to TSXV listed.

Refer back to the 15th Oct 2021 RNS that included “Transfer from TSX to the TSX Venture Exchange” with the reasoning stated as being “The Company believes that the transfer will provide it with operational efficiencies, with lower costs and with a reporting regime which is closer to that of the AIM market, whilst allowing shareholders to have continued trading liquidity in Canada”

I would be surprised having now achieved the 80% earn-in rights that Riversgold would be happy to continue to free carry ORCP for 100% of any future expenditures in 2025 before the JV agreement is put in place.

Whilst the RNS says the JV agreement is to be in place by end 2025, we should be expecting that Riversgold will be pushing hard with ORCP for it to be put in place much much sooner. This is so that future expenditures are being financed by the JV (80/20 nominal split assumed) rather than just by Riversgold. ORCP would need to line up availability of their financial contributions to JV accordingly.
