That’s quite a nice RNS this morning. Having major supermarket chain(s) on board with selling their products is positive. Furthermore, from the picture I like their colourful packaging design as it should stand them out from the boring crowd on the shelves.

CEO needs to do some video media etc in the coming days/weeks to get the Tooru Company awareness on the market to be growing asap, particularly considering the main reason they have moved from AQUIS to AIM via the RTO of Riverfort was to get the envisaged increased market liquidity. So far that liquidity ain’t happening……

Big Time Desperation with this latest RNS….Philippines asset sounds like it’s going to be practically given away and the Korean assets are dead in the water. This Company seems to be no longer a viable business.

Greatland selling off its 7% stock holding in Antipa (assuming any hold period has expired by now) whilst their share price is currently pumped high with false expectations of a takeover and before further placing dilutions by Antipa would send out the clearest message of Greatland’s non interest…would also add nicely to growing Greatland cash pile in near term. Interesting to see if this Antipa stock selling scenario happens.

It’s early days……Jonathon Bixby (Executive Chairman of Argo Blockchain back when they were originally listed in 2018) is shrewd business man sitting behind the scenes here (Director holding circa 15% of SBAR stock)….Does Look like he will need to get involved to help get the proper grown-ups message out about SBAR to the market. He is also involved now with Tiger Resources (TIR) having recently become their CEO as they have shifted their business focus into the crypto sector and wouldn’t be surprised to see SBAR developing a crypto angle to their AI offering as time passes and that could really interest the market.

Definitely this is one for the watch list imo.

This stock seems a bargain at current SP, but there’s the old saying that when something looks too good to be true it usually is.

Although on a different scale, I cannot help being struck by the many similarities unfolding here with those seen previously at Hummingbird………Mgt Deficiencies, Production under performance, Difficulty servicing their debt/costs, etc.

Maybe the saving grace for GRL could be the rising gold price…..that did not come in time to rescue Hummingbird. We shall soon see.

Now showing their short position has increased to 0.65% as at 30th May (this change showing only from today on this website).

That’s an increase of 0.14% from the 21st May position, which is the largest % increase in the past week period amongst all the GIG Partners above 0.5% threshold short positions on their books as shown on this website.

Based on past history the likelihood is that they will continue to increase their position in the coming period.

On the positive side to offset, Norges Bank has increased their holding by circa 0.5% as announced today which looks to have created an equilibrium to the share price remaining fairly flat over the past week in the high 700s….

Let see where this goes in coming period…..will Norge Bank have appetite for taking more stock if GIG continues shorting.

Lots of nice words about their drilling plans BUT the key words “fully funded” is noticeably absent. RP loves a pump RNS before placing……

There are back door ways of the Chinese getting their hands on overseas mining assets….as a good example for Solgold in Ecuador we need look no further than Silvercorp (Chinese managed operations miner thats listed on the TSX/NYSE) take over last year of Adventus (deja vu….copper asset in Ecuador).

Maybe they tried and found little interest at the inflated SP caused by the P&D squad. Placing investors will want it back at the pre-pump 0.5p price (or less) before maybe getting interested. Their cash burn is still so high it’s likely going to dilute existing holders to oblivion.

Does this create selling pressure of the stock in the near term ?

Sunshine Metals appears to have been focusing their exploration works on their 100% owned tenements in recent times. This trading halt looks to be for latest drill results that are due in June for one of them (Liontown). So whilst not directly related to Rockfire, it could potentially have knock-on consequences for the future of the JV status.

Most folks would have already logged off early for the weekend hence this story is unfolding quietly in the last hour of Friday trading….been a great opportunity for the few eagle eyed doing a full day on the monitor to get in sub 2p.
