Looks like DHL after several years of assessment/integration of the TRAC device for which they took a small batch back in 2022 (see related RNS below) are now getting ready for its widespread rollout.

With TRAC valued at only around 1 million market cap due to currently being unloved due to lack of news, Israel connection, etc, this sentiment can quickly change if they make a news release about DHL Contract expansion. Perhaps the events of last fortnight has delayed them making publication? Could be a before the herd arrives opportunity here. Few buyers been nibbling already this morning. DYOR. 🤔

Noticing a couple of 25,000 share buys buried away over on the AQUIS exchange this morning.

Notice the release mentions for initial use at DHL Singapore and if you watch the short video embedded in the DHL website extract that foxhill has posted this morning it is also showing DHL Singapore…..Join the dots here.

It’s taken several years of due diligence and integration by DHL but now at last it looks like it is the big time rollout of these TRAC supplied devices happening for them now. TRAC sat at just 1 million market cap. Crazy value here before herd arrives.

They will likely have had other priorities during the past fortnight. Hopefully with the ceasefire now in place they will be safely getting back to focussing on the business and can shortly make the related RNS announcement.

In the meantime the delay to publishing this news looks to have created a before the herd buying opportunity for those eagle eyed observers of logistics websites and this LSE bulletin board.

The break fee payable to CAML if NWR go ahead with the Kinterra bid is captured on page 2 of the Deed of Variation within the attached file located on their website. It is set at 1.96 million AUD.

👀 Buying strength getting interesting here in the past few days….near top of the risers board today will be getting noticed.

OKAY….. that first offer update RNS didn’t last long…..new RNS just issued with new offer from CAML at 0.55 AUD / share and they’ve bought 5% of existing NWR stock on the open market during today. Things are really hotting up here. We dont want them ultimately to be over paying though in this ongoing battle. There are always other fish in the sea if the NMR deal does not ultimately pan out.

All buys so far today….2 here showing red but they are buys and 3 over on AQUIS. They are really trying hard to keep a lid on it.

Lots to digest in this latest RNS.

Perhaps we will get a media interview from Gavin later today for him to run thru the key differences of this update.

It looks to be by no means over the finish line yet, particularly with the recent buyer of 12% of NWS stock not yet having declared their intentions.

It’s good to see mention of a “break fee” in the RNS write-up. This should mean that CAML is being covered ok to get fully compensated for all their admin/legal/etc costs incurred for the ongoing takeover process, if ultimately they are gazumped by the other party with a better competing Takeover offer.

It’s watch and wait for CAML shareholders in the meantime with the first key hurdle upcoming on 4th July. It’s well worth maintaining an eye on the NWS website for their news releases and the hotcopper bulletin board where there are some knowledgeable posters based in Australia.

It reads ok to me and still remains a good piece of business. BUT it still might not be the final end game…..

Pros and Cons of todays news:

Taking the options as a cash settlement as they point out in RNS has avoided dilution of share count for the market cap which seems good news…..BUT……management has not increased their skin in the game by not taking up the options as shares, so this approach not aligned with share buyers. Why truly didn’t they want the stock if it’s such an under valued good investment? ….UNLESS……we now see management proceed to take some of their options cash settlement that they are now flush with and invest it to buy stock on the open market. Let see if that transpires in the coming days/weeks.

MMs are reporting some of their buy trades over on AQUIS exchange. 75000 shares showing up there so far this morning.

This stock likely goes well into the 6s soon. Still way way undervalued imo.

Webley has become a very rich man on paper (circa 100 million value of SWC stock) and so his personal top priority right now will be how to best lock-in and monitize this new found wealth before the music stops here. He won’t have long to sort it 🤔

I believe they have for many weeks been filling a significant (institutional investor?) buy order whilst keeping a relatively tight lid on the SP during their ongoing accumulation….we shall see if TR-1 comes in due course.

Being provided with the average gold purity % in the 2025 produced Gold Dore would have allowed us to have some better understanding for the pure gold Troy ounces amount that has been produced/recovered (i.e. to establish the true $ value). This is another area of financial uncertainty within the RNS.

That’s a first for Victrex from my quick scan through their RNS history.

Brokers cost money to have on board, so it’s not done by a Company on a whim without reason(s), especially for their first time.

Could be just to spread the net wider to try and get some new institutional investors onboard……BUT…….it could be that they have a financing plan (rights issue, placing, etc) coming up soon that would need Broker(s) support. Or maybe it’s another reason?

Does feel like something is maybe brewing behind the scenes here, with this JB appointment and the absence of any CEO share buying in 2025 unlike his regular buying in the previous years.

Will be watching the direction of short(s) holding % in the coming weeks, as this may help guide on the upcoming expectations.

Victrex intriguingly continues on my watchlist.

Be very careful here….READ again the RNS…..it is NOT quoting an “AISC” which is the normal cost basis measure being used by the industry, instead they are quoting the “AIC”. This cost basis is not the same (see related guidance as linked below) and the AISC will be higher than the AIC. Just how much higher we should find out on 30th June…..
