Interesting quote in the RNS from Hinesh Patel, Partner, Moorhouse Consulting……”we are delighted to have been selected by FEEDBACK Medical to be their implementation partner….”

Seems like FEEDBACK had the strength position as the sole accredited supplier for Bleepa and would likely have had Moorhouse and their competitors doing all the running to try to be the partner selection. This likely means that the partnership set-up for the Financials, T&Cs, etc will be beneficial towards FEEDBACK or else they would have partnered with one of Moorhouse’s competitors…..bodes well for when the ICB Contracts and commercials start to become visible.

The JPM short position increased last week (+0.12% on 7th Oct 2024). That’s concerning.

Btw…I just noticed where VCT have been holding their annual AGM’s for the past three years …..JPM’s London office…..that seems to be quite a coincidence 🤔

Interesting sale of the treasury shares…..could this be necessary administrative housekeeping ahead of the new path forward for OVB. The news could come soon.

Doing my due diligence on this Company for potential upcoming buy-in. Mostly it looks positive but wondering why the BOD holds so few shares, which is usually an investment red flag 🤔

Same thing happened on 3rd October…..seems like whenever there is a positive day for the Brent oil price the Enquest buyback amount is significantly dropped for the day so as not to give any added strength to achieving positive Enquest SP upward momentum.

I guess from one side of the coin it’s understandable that they want to buy back as many shares as possible during the buyback program and a low SP promotes for this, but on the other side of the coin isn’t the main purpose of the buyback program to promote for an increase in the share price (I.e to add to shareholder value).

Their approach on this leaves me puzzled tbh 🤔

Furthermore, seeing the continual dropping of the SP despite the buyback program of the last six months also leaves me puzzled. Wonder who is offloading into this BB liquidity 🤔

This latest Serabi presentation was undertaken at the Battery & Precious Metals virtual conference held last week and has just been posted onto youtube.

Good to be hearing from their VP of IR/BD……..exciting path forward story is unfolding here imo.

Dare I say this seemingly minor event could turn out to ultimately be quite positive for THX……it’s got lots more eyes and trading volume onto their relatively illiquid stock and from the RNS contents it has demonstrated the professionalism of the Company. Furthermore if you can shoot down such an attempt quickly and decisively as they are pursuing then any such parties will likely think twice about trying it on again. Best to get such an attempt successfully dealt with at this relatively early stage in the THX growth story than to be facing it later on. There was a seller around anyway before this news landed and the added liquidity from Friday/today will be helping to quickly clear their stock. All in all it appears to be a great top-up opportunity.

SQM listed on NYSE with a market cap of circa 10 billion USD……that’s a big partner that would have necessary deep pockets to support the future development of this Lithium resource 👍

Many here won’t want to hear this but it is disappointing to read in the RNS today that they have yet to commence this testing of the key weathered cap anatase zone. Several RNS from back in May 2024 were worded to say that this testing had commenced many months ago.

Instead today we hear about collection of new samples from the drill cores being required for commencement of the weathered cap anatase zone testing. They give us some preliminary results from testing of the bedrock titanite ore to strive to paint a positive picture but this deeper section of the deposit is now of secondary value with the main focus being the near surface weathered cap anatase zone.

In summary to my mind this RNS is essentially a delay notification dressed up as being good technical news and the delay will likely have adverse consequences for future work progress and related costs. Accordingly market reaction is muted so far today and I shall envisage a red end to the day as investors fully digest this latest news.

Was linked to the timing of Powell’s dovish speech at Jackson hole. Crypto, Stocks, PMs, oil, etc have all consequently risen tonight in tandem. Hopefully Crypto price upward momentum continues thru the BH weekend which then leads to a push up in KR1 volume/price next week. The pesky seller here needs to be cleared asap.

Noticing the variances in the Fig 4. & 5 curves for each of the four diamond drills core samples. Wondering (as a non geologist) if it would significantly complicate the plant design/set-up to be able to suitably process all the feedstock variances that this intimates would be encountered for Pitfield.

Here is the sterling metals news release from yesterday which led to a nice rise in their SP. Looks to be setting up nicely for the much anticipated upcoming copper road drilling.

Suggest to watch for meaningful movement on the JPM short position as potential SP direction guidance. Their last reported change was to increase it slightly a few weeks ago. They are typically one of the most “well informed / researched institutional investors”.

Certainly would seem to be a better approach than following the BOD who seem to be just buying a falling knife each month. Frankly speaking imo their ongoing buying is now practically being viewed as a negative rather than the normal positive for when a BOD is buying, as it seems to indicate that there are no upcoming news impacts that could materially impact on the share price (e.g. special dividend, takeover approach, etc) that would have prevented ongoing insiders trading.

Check these PCR testing guys (CODX) listed on the Nasdaq. High volume at start of US trading today and the CEO is apparently due to speak in a few hours time…..DYOR

Dustyslay…..you seem to have maybe gotten the wrong end of the stick in relation to the article that I posted last night. I would recommend that you read it again carefully, especially for the study conclusions section.

Key positive aspect that I was taking from the article is that this recent study has identified viable set-up optimisations to be able to successfully do the processing of anatase, which had historically proven to be problematic to viably process.

Hence to my mind it is a good example of recent Titanium industry/study developments that are taking place, for which EEE would be able to take on board for pertinent aspects in order to readily achieve in coming months a successful processing scheme flowsheet outcome for the Pitfield asset.

I would expect the posters who had recommended the posting of the article has seen this same conclusions section positivity.

Please if after re-reading the article you are reaching a different viewpoint then by all means please kindly explain for aiding of our further understanding.
