Well in that case, all and any good news is simply going to remain suppressed until the dispute is dealt with. Lets hope the mediation arrives at an amicable solution, it could really drag on if it goes legal.

So having read this and applying it to what we've been given in today's RNS I'd assume that there is a problem with product supplied (exact problem and exact products TBC). Rather than allowing the company to replace (as per warranty terms) the DHSC have simply gone straight to the full refund option and held back funds pertinent to the invoices for the supplied disputed goods without giving the company the opportunity to replace.

The company is stating it's right to replace rather than refund - we arrive at a dispute.

Is that how everyone else reads it?

Do we still fully understand what the actual dispute is?

I have to be honest here I'm not entirely sure what the warranty issue scope is, is there anywhere I can read up on it?

Are they suggesting there's a problem with the product or something else?

Agreed, the dispute is suppressing the SP, but the foundation of the business, it's sales and cash position are strong, strong enough to weather the dispute.

It would probably be in the interest of your mental health to stop checking the SP every 30 minutes and relax and let the dispute take it's course.

I agree, whilst today's SP response is very frustrating I don't think I've ever been more comfortable with an investment in any other AIM company.

Too much weight is currently being applied to the £60.83m + vat amount in dispute. It's a cloud that's hanging over the SP and keeping it suppressed. I can't this company being allowed to arrive at a realistical valuation/SP whilst that dispute is live. So it's a waiting game now, but I'm happy to wait.

I trebled my holding on Friday having sold out out of another share to move it here.

My point is that I trust the BOD, they hold massive amounts of shares (so dilution will impact of them also) and WE don't have access to the full picture and what's going on in the background.
We ALL have invested here to try and make money, if you believe that the BOD ALSO want to make money why "tie one hand behind their back"?????

I agree, we're being asked to vote on a substantial company issue without being priovided with the full picture. Or even half the picture. Or really not any picture at all.

As an investor I'd like to know why this action is being taken, it's a very reasonable question that should have a very simple answer.

Not being able to ask that question without a volley of abuse is disturbing in the extreme. Cult like.

I thought the whole.point of a vote is you have a choice that you don't have to justify. That you get castigated or ridiculed is reflective of this boards total intolerance of doubt or questions.

That, quite seriously, is very disturbing. It's not healthy to have 100% faith in ANY company, especially one that is still at the negotiation stage of a potential sale.

This is what I'm trying to get across, my comparison with UKOG and SXX has nothing to do with the businesses themselves, they're nothing alike. What is identical is the fanatical cult like behaviour on this BB.

It's simply no longer possible to have anything approaching a sensible conversation on here that asks pertinent questions for which we're yet to receive clarification or anything approaching and explanantion.

Sadly they can't make their feelings public on this BB without fear of being shouted down, vilified, told to sell, if you don't like it don't invest etc etc. If it isn't that is some daft seafaring nonsence that I simply don't grasp how many seemingly educated people are sucking up.

I did like it, I did invest. The protracted timeline and opacity is becomming unnerving, think UKOG, SXX all sure things right up until the point they weren't. AM I comparing EUA to UKOG or SXX? Not as a company but these two recent "sure things" plant seeds of doubt in your mind. Am I in another one?

I'd just like it sorted now so I can move on, the silence is becoming deafening.

From a personal perspective I find it interesting that it's hit mainsteam media and will now be read by people who generally have no specific interest in this share, for them it won't be old news. It will be yet another examply of UK Gov signing a contract and reneging, again.

Maybe a little bit of public opinion won't be a bad thing for the outcome? You think?

I invested in this share with my "toy" fund. I haven't got the kitchen sink in it like a lot of posters on here, the "kitchen sink" is in my own business which forunately has done quite well during the Pandemic (E Commerce).

So If it happens it happens, if it doesn't then no biggie.

Phone up your broker and ask them for a "Bed & ISA" assuming you have a hsare ISA account with the same provider as your regular share trading account.

Last time I did this process it took minutes. They sell from your trading account and immediately buy back into your ISA with very little margin.
