Right number of shares also now showing on my HL account this morning.

HL have had issues with Aquis listed stocks. They flat out refuse to add PNIX now after a number of requests.

HL, what a f'in shambles. Still not showing on my account.

I managed 20 minutes then left.

I'm not going to be negative, the reality is everything revolves around the OTC it seems. Nothing can happen until that is up and running it appears it's completely in someone elses hands as to when that happens.

Correct me if I'm wrong, this sounds like the Saylor flywheel theory plus some mining. Am I missing something?

I'm also in V3TC (another great decision....) who applied for an OTC listing over 6 weeks ago. (Actually to reinstate an existing expired/closed listing under their previous name). Still waiting for it to come on line.

So, OTC for Vult? I'm going say end of October.

Nothing to stop them actively growing in the meantime though.

Yup, and it will continue until it reaches NAV, which at today's BTC value is about 5.5p unless there is some substance moving forward.

Look at the transaction values, that's got fake volume written all over it. Someone trying to create action?

This rose on Friday with the hope of an RNS or any form of news this morning. It was always going to pull back if nothing materialised. Combine that with the volatile crypto prices overnight and this is the result.

It is what it is.

This is a new asset class for the UK financial authorities to deal with. I have a feeling they're unsure how to deal with it and it's causing delays with things like prospectuses etc. (Based on nothing other than a personal hunch).

When you're breaking new ground you come across new hurdles. Sometimes these things take longer than they should.

Need more volume before any popping occurs.

Consolidation next week, it seems to have found it's feet with ETH looking very bullish.

I'm in this for ETH. I'd be happier with someone else at the helm but what can you do when it's the only real ETH play on the LSE?

Hopefully the consolidation doesn't trim the price and it continues at 16p-17p. At least then my shares will be valued corrently on HL as they currently can't deal with the micro fractions of penny's!

V3TC’s single largest Private shareholder, who’s original purchases of 15,511,825 shares amounted to 12.59% of the company. After dilution now amounts to 7.28%.

We're early adopters into something new and somewhat novel, in the UK at least. We've either played a blinder or it all goes down the pan.

Right now the entire sector in the UK is a $h1t show. I'd guess that far more are underwater than have made money.

Companies are still trying to find their feet on how they deal with UK financial regulations. Some are trying to run before they can walk, and others just completely mismanaged and advised when it comes to governance.

Add to this the people that simply don't "get" it. The Maxi bitcoiners that are disgusted their religion is being integrated into tradfi and on top of that we're in the middle of summer holidays when it all goes quiet for a while.

The next raise is pivotal here. It will set out the stall going forward. It's timing, value and price point are going to be incredibly important.

Read the last PHIX RNS after the buy back. The directors have no interest in the share trading above NAV, they are actually intentionally surpressing the price.

Looks like they're building a personal store in a listed company.

I'm waiting for the presentation. I want to know what the business model and how they foresee it unfolding.

Until then, we're all assuming what will happen and we're all assuming that it won't be the flywheel strategy that's been patented by.....er.....Strategy.

I'm in. I'd just like to know what exactly I'm in now. We should know in 2-4 weeks time.

Words are cheap, wake me up when something of substance occurs and we get back to where we started.

Genuine question. What revenue will any of the strategy's stated below, produce?

I'm open minded, let's get that out there from the outset. I'm in 3 companies, all different, all early stage. If one works I'll do OK.

I'm a retired business owner, I exited my business early last year in my 50's. The one question I ask when I look at any and all of these treasuries is the one that Andy Constan asked in this conversation.

Where is the revenue?

That's the bit that I get stuck on, but I'm happy to ride the early wave, if indeed there is a wave.

I'm not in SWC, personally, I feel I missed that boat, where it is now the SP action clearly suggests is it's range. Some people here made life-changing sums of money, more probably lost. And a reasonable number are going to be treading water.

The question is, where does this go now? And that question that keeps coming around, where is the revenue?

I posted this on SWC because, in reality, it's their business model. But it made exceptionally good viewing for me. Explained a lot I didn't quite grasp, especially about the benefits of stablecoin worldwide.

Exceptionally good video on YT posted yesterday which discussed the business model of MSTR (on which SWC is based).

Don't think of it as TradFi vs BTC Maxi, more a really good conversation of the hypothesis behind what MSTR have done and are doing.

Lyn Alden & Andy Constan in conversation, both respected in their fields.

A must watch for anyone investing in any form of BTC treasury.

Some stuff about stablecoin also which will turn off the maxi's but interested me a great deal as I couldn't understand the benefit of it until it was explained in detail.

Indeed, look at the value of the "trades" going through and have a reality check.

There's some fu0kery going on today. MM's maybe trying to create a little action and trigger a little volume.

Nothing of substance is going to happen here now until we start to hear some real news from the company.
