That's what I can't get my head around. The volume and consistency would suggest it's more than 3%.

Must be close to done now, surely?

And how many more shares are they likely to need to shift?

I've trawled through the RNS history and can only find Neil Riston holding 1,550,000 shares. So if it's him, surely the churn has covered that?

I'm I missing something somewhere and why no TR1 on the volume if it's a single seller?

Needs to be a belter Alex if nothing of substance occurs between now and then.

VULT cannot list on OTC until the stock price is a minimum of $0.01 (OTC entry requirment). It's currently over 4x less than that.

So we either need a 400% rise in SP or a share consolidation of a minimum 10-1 before the listing can go live.

At more than 50% down on my buy in here and two very medicore interviews, the one thing I don't currently have is confidence.

But I'm stuck now. There's little point cashing out and taking the hit, it just has to ride.

I decided to take a punt on it. Hindsight will determine if I was a genius or a fool.

Part of my decision to buy in was based on that particular buyer. He's got to be close to 2M in.

I do remind myself that one person's "punt" is another's house. But still. That was a big commitment. I figured I'd have a dabble too.

I only hold 40,000. A number I'm comfortable writing off. Whilst it would sting for a moment. Life would carry on as though nothing happened.

Indeed, I'm comparing it with the recent spaces talk by VULT in which there was much more structure to what the business was doing, why it was doing what it was doing and what the goals were. Where income strems would be generate and the long term timeline.

I'm in V3TC, HAMA and VULT.

Interesting now to see where all these go.

I just get the feeling they're not entirely sure what the direction is here yet with V3TC. It's almost like they're trying to find their feet.

So now I’ve listened to that interview three times. I’m going to stick my head above the parapet and ask some seemingly dumb questions that expose my lack of understanding of crytpo.

What do the following mean in the real world:-

“Supporting the wider bitcoin system”

“Cloudmining” (How will this generate income for V3TC?)

“Supporting miners” (in what way and again how does this create income/value?)

“Support and Educate” (in what way? Income from this?)

I’m asking myself what is the business model here? Is it nothing more than accruing BTC and banking on an exponential increase in value long term? If that is the case why have I invested here and simply not bought BTC instead?

I also note that the target of 100 BTC has changed from the end of the month to “no timescale” and the long term 1000 appears more of a wish at present rather than an immediate goal.

Seeing as I’m around 40% underwater here already I’m now in for the ride. Fortunately just a side bet for me. If I’d staked the house on this I’d be very nervous right now.

I'd like to see consolidation here sooner rather than later.

Shares trading at a fraction of penny lack perceived credibility even if the fundamentals are sound. As mentioned in the Space presentation this morning, it needs to be a full 1 cent or more to even list on OTC and for ETH based shares to US market could be the game changer.

It will be interesting to see which occurs first now, the next placing or the consolidation.

I'm going to beg to differ that the placing price is immaterial. Even if it's nothing more than perceived credibility. That's before we even consider the dilution element.

I guess we'll find out in hindsight how all this unfolds.

The next purchase and then the next raise will be benchmarks on how this moves forward. Until then, we're all just speculating.

I could have articulated that better. But to expand on your placing point.

Why place at 16.5p in a closed offering when there were plenty of people willing to pay 20p plus on the open market, including a “whale” buyer.

I for one would have happily paid 18p or 19p or even 20p in a public offering.

It doesn’t sit well does it?

There needs to be a BTC purchase to provide support here, soon, like today.

Raises at 15.5p and 16.5p with director participation are leaving a bitter taste when the share price was happily changing hands on the open market in the immediate hours building up to the placing at +20p . As I type the share price is hovering between 13-14p.

I think it’s reasonable to assume Bryan is getting a heads up on these and is now in the “little black book” I’d be mightily peed off if I were him and I wasn’t in the loop now. Especially with the CEO using his buys/holding for PR on X.

Questions that come to mind this morning…..

Where are the BTC purchases? It’s not like it’s a protracted process even at these values. A few minutes at most?

How and at what price is the next placement going to take place? It can’t be less than 16.5p otherwise the house of cards looks completely undermined. But when you can buy on the open market at less than placement there’s a catch 22.

OTC listing timeframe?

All eyes on what happens next…….It needs to be something very positive to inspire confidence and more buying.

Plenty of thoughts on that right now but I'm going to hold fire until we see if that placing raises a TR1.
